Everything was wonderful except for the…
Everything was wonderful except for the fact that we were led to believe that we had transportation to and from the event!! Which made a big difference in how much we could drink!!

Overall good but one issue
Overall it was easy to use, but I did run into an issue when checking in. For some reason the room reservation was under a name of someone else entirely (my best guess is the person at Jampack who booked the room?), so they had trouble finding my reservation. I even gave the desk clerk the confirmation number, but because it did not match my name, she was hesitant to check me in. It wasn't until she finally checked the "notes" section in the reservation that she found my name, and confirmed I was telling the truth. So it all worked out in the end, but definitely something to improve/avoid in the future.

I was so happy to combine the concert tickets and the hotel etc. Website was easy. I felt supported up until the check-in day. I was pretty disappointed in the room at the hotel however. I felt we paid top dollar for the date and hotel (looking at the average prices) and we were given a poor room location on the second floor above the lobby looking directly at streetlights, and the parking garage (even after calling ahead and requesting a view and being a member of the hotel's loyalty club.) I guess that's the only drawback I see to using this service.
