This is the email _ have just sent to Jane Louise Smith (the sole owner of this Shopify store according to companies house).
**** here - ++++'s husband. I am taking over the correspondence as you appear to be giving her the runaround.
The order was placed and confirmed March 7th
++++ chased it on March 29th and received an order tracking link in response. A full 2 weeks later on April 16th she chased again.
No response was forthcoming for 9 days, then on 25th April a link to the order was sent, containing the order number. This was replied to with screenshots of both the order confirmation, WITH the order number, and the PO site saying it had not been received. The response on 27th April quoted this email and said it would be investigated. ++++ again chased on 10th May asking what was happening. On 11th May you responded, asking for the order number, despite it being IN the email thread! ++++ sent you, that day, another screenshot of the order and included the number in the subject. You again responded, for the THIRD time, that you would investigate.
I am left wondering if you think we are stupid? Six weeks of failed despatch and 'investigation' and you didn't discover what you were told in April and which can be found out via the PO website in 5 minutes! It appears from your Trustpilot page that this is your normal way of ripping off customers. I will be adding to that catalogue of despair.
You will issue an immediate full refund. I don't care that there are issues with your delivery systems. It's none of our concern. You took an order and failed to deliver on the contract. Therefore you MUST issue a refund and apology and accept that you have lost our business. This is non-negotiable.
I expect a response stating your intention to give ++++ a refund by the end of the day Tuesday 19th May.
A response arrived the next day, offering a full refund and despatch of the linens as well (which we had not asked for as you can see.) Both have now been done.
