I emailed them to ask a question about a discount code and they banned me from buying... im not even joking you... This store is insane and unprofessional, please consider buying ANYWHERE but here,

Horrible absolutely Horrible they where no help at all my emails when screen shot that my package never delivered to me as it just stay like it never updated for 2 month then I ask they said the carrier attempt to delivered but they where no repection i never got this news or update that it try to delivered and I never got the paper saying i need to redeliverd to my address then I contact them they say no refund as it my fault I didn't want a refund I wanted it to reship I even said ill pay for the shipping but got no response

Shipping and checkout is fine, prices are high but it’s direct from Japan so I understand. I’ve had no problem with getting orders, but there’s the point that any good service stops. Support takes much longer than 48 hours to get back to you, doesn’t answer all of your questions, and can be very short and rude. They “lose” emails, and then when you screenshot it to them they claim they missed it, suddenly find the question they didn’t want to answer and still never give you a straight answer. It’s such a hassle to deal with them that’s it’s not worth buying from them at all, they have lost a long term customer with the steady decline of their support.

I’ve made multiple purchases on japanyouwant! They are my favorite shop to purchase Japanese goods from! Shipping is always super fast and they sometimes send out cool extras with my orders! My most recent purchase was through the Black Friday sale and I’m super happy with my order! I’ll continue recommending Japanyouwant!

The customer service officer of Japanyouwant Facebook page is a joke and sassy/petty. She/he blocked my friend after my friend tried to reason with her/him in private chat. Bad customer behaviour and attitude to block potential customer from their facebook page over minor issue. The customer service officer of Japanyouwant Facebook page tarnished the good image expected from a Japanese company. You can block someone in the private chat, but There is absolutely no need to block a customer from your Facebook page.

Warning to anyone who wants to private message this Facebook page: don’t say anything that might possibly step on the toes of this petty/sassy/bad behaviour admin of Japanyouwant Facebook page, or else he/she will block you from their page entirely.
Note: my friend did not comment on any of their Facebook post, it is all private chat.
