The experience as a whole was a bit disappointing, however it had nothing to do with Jawstec quality or service which was more than satisfactory The parts needed had ultra fine details and small channels which thier process could not achieve, or the channels were not adequately cleaned. Either way the parts were unusable.

The piece that you made fell apart when we took it out of the box! I feel so cheated. It is a piece of junk! I feel it should be remade or I should be refunded my money.

Generally, Jawstec does a great job. Turn around time and quality have been exceptional. I'd consider using Jawstec exclusively if 1) price for initial samples were less expensive. 2) for production quantities, the savings isn't enough to be justifiable.

Affordable, precise parts shipped fast. The default lead time is a bit long tho.

They say you can't have good, fast and cheap together. The parts I ordered were delivered quickly. They measured just as I designed, and the glass filled nylon seems stiff enough for my application. All this at less than I would have paid elsewhere. I am very pleased, and I'll be back.

Polypropylene 3D print

I needed a PP 3D print as part of a gas chemical sensor system. PP is one of the few materials that doesn't react. Jawstec was the 3D print service that could print the part, quickly and for a reasonable price.

The parts look great, fit is perfect, good quality and work. Fast delivery.

Horrible service. They charged me for standard delivery and delivered past the timeline for economy rates then would not reimburse me. Part quality was low as well.

Part had missing piece, like it cracked off. It was a thin part however. I like material but process taking 30 days is a long time.
