In June 26 I deposited $50 into Jazz Sports. Over the next few months I was lucky enough to get the balance up to $1,091. I requested a withdrawal on 20th September and was immediately asked by the customer services for ID, which I suppled straight away. However, since then they have not processed my withdrawal or responded to any of my several messages since. As the payment was a crypto payment, their site states that withdrawals will take no longer than 24 hours. Each time I email them I get another “ticket” reference, but links to their tickets do not work. Unfortunately, it seems that they have gone rogue. Note that Jazz have now rebranded as stardust.ag. I would avoid both.

Scam casino site. Stay away. Deposited 1k back in early July, played through an absolutely ludicrous 33k rollover, ended up winning. Have had a withdrawal for 1k & a withdrawal for 2.5k pending now over 3 weeks & 2 weeks respectively. They seem to have moved on & rebranded to a new site, Stardust, but with the same exact layout. They don't respond to e-mail, just generic automated tickets, and when trying to call them, they just direct you back to the e-mail.

The worst sportsbook experience of all time. I am not even sure if this website is still active. I have 3 withdrawals that I have been waiting for weeks now, and no update has been provided. No one replies to the emails, and there is no support option on the website. Complete scam; this website needs to be shut down.

I requested a withdrawal this past tuesday, they deducted the amount to my balance but never sent the cash. Complete scam. None of the numbers on their site are active or go to services not associated with jazz. Customer Service just gives bogus tickets to make you think theyre doing something. Calling them scum is generous.

I fairly deposited 5k + ish and won about 100k they paid 60k of it and I stopped wagering and they delete my account and said that when the new owner bought the site he wasn’t aware of accounts with large balances like mine and is stiffing my account it’s been about 8 months no of absolutely no response stay away from this shady site 40k balance stiffed

I just make a withdrawal request on 6/18, they deduct the amount to my balance but the money don't reach, my account and the transaction in their website never updates to completed or cancelled, nothing happens. I email many times to support and don't answer me + when i chat in their website the support agent just paste me the same message and never answer too.

Had the exact same experience as user Jason Pass below. Met the ridiculous rollover requirement even though I had super low limits, and they're refusing to pay my withdrawal, which is only $800. The chat says to e-mail support and then support sends an automated reply with a link to a "ticket" that doesn't exist.

Calling phone everyday with different numbers. Told to put my number on the do not call list and they illegally ignore it. Criminal organization.

Jazz Sports will take your money but they do not do payouts. I met my $20,000 rollover requirement even though they limited me to $10 per bet. I was putting in like fifty $10 bets every day for a month to meet the rollover requirements. Needless to say it was time consuming. I built my $1000 deposit into $2000. But when you ask for a payout...crickets. If you deposit money you are giving it to someone who only intends to scam you.

Zero Stars. For months I struggled to get payouts, sometimes they even expired my withdrawal requests. And they limited the payouts to $1k. Then they stole my winnings by saying my account was lost, then they closed it. They are clearly going under. Do NOT put money in this site. What kind of Sportsbook doesn't pay even afetr you hit all their rollovers and terms.

DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE SITE!!! You have been warned. They took my money, immediately limited me to 10 dollar bets and I have a 12k rollover which is impossible to ever fulfill with 10 dollar bets. They will cancel your bets if you win saying they posted an incorrect line.
I got in a chat with an “agent”, whom I expect is just some thief that lives in a 3rd world country. I asked him how I could ever meet the rollover requirement. He told me 10 dollars at a time. This site is slimy and should be shit down. STAY FAR AWAY!!

I had previously rated this book 4/5 and now need to reduce it to 1/5. Previous review at bottom.

It seems Jazz Sports thinks it makes sense to pay off 85% of my balance but not the rest. I had been very slowly getting $1000 payouts once every three weeks. Not anymore. They no longer allow me to login to their site. They have stopped responding to emails. I've had a long-term relationship with Jazz Sports for over 15 years, yet this is what they are doing. Readers be warned! Any previous reputation should be thrown out. If they finish paying off my balance, I will restore my 4/5 rating.

Jazz's latest action (4 days ago) has been to open support ticket #313 but write nothing on the ticket and not follow up. The link to "track progress" is a dead link.

My Own Personal Experience
I am giving this site a solid 4 stars, but do not take that as an endorsement for or against. I only want to make public my own past experience with Jazz Sports which has been perfectly fine. I've always gotten paid and my experience has been incident free. That may seem like a low bar, but given my experience elsewhere, it is not a thing to be taken for granted.

Still, make no mistake. There is a thing that is getting a lot of attention that must be mentioned. Yes, their payouts have gotten inexplicably slow. Frankly, I have never had any urgency to get my payouts, but this is concerning to me because it makes me wonder if something is wrong. At the very least, it seems like a very bad strategy by Jazz. Of late, I have been withdrawing my balance only because the slow payouts have made me concerned. All those payouts have been slow but consistent.

I used jazz sportsbook for a few years, not betting overly frequently but had some success and was able to be net positive and was up a few thousand overall or so. When they switched to new jazz site a few months ago, it appears management made decision to not let me Sportsbet anymore. When I went to bet I messaged because did not show sports betting and the online chat confirmed this was a management decision and to process 2 withdraws spaced out a week, each for half my account balance. The first withdraw was paid about a week later, but the withdraw from mid March still is unpaid. At first chat help was telling me that the payouts were delayed and kept telling me ECD that would blow by, but then now they tell me to email a customer service email that I have gotten no return correspondence the last 10 days after multiple email attempts. Chat support keeps telling me that email is the only way and they cannot provide any information on payouts. Very sketchy. Believe my balance is gone and do not recommend using them anymore for anyone that is considering.

Deposited with jazz over the years here and there and always got paid. Recently made three deposits over the course of college basketball season totaling around 3k. End of CBB and I am owed 6,600. I am told I can only take out 1K a week. I say ok. I get a BTC payout three days later and think everything is ok. That was on March 15th. I’ve requested two payouts since and received nothing. I call almost daily and now pretty much no one will tell me anything except to email them, which I do…. This has resulted in zero correspondence. I keep calling and am told to continue emailing. Doesn’t look good. I’ll update if something comes from this.

I had a balance of $3,000 on JazzSports, funded via crypto. When I tried to access my account, I was told it was “lost” during a site transfer.

Since then, support has been completely unhelpful. They are now telling me to wait for an email response with no timeline, no updates, and no confirmation that my balance is even being recovered.

I have full transaction records and proof of deposit, yet I’m being ignored and given no resolution.

At this point, I just want my $3,000 returned. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

39k leftover in my account from a 5k deposit. They started paying out 2500 a week then dropped it to 1k a week then it came every 2-3 weeks then 1 month and now I haven’t been paid my withdrawal request since mid January for 1k.
