I believe Chinese scammers use this platform to generate fake tracking numbers or even l got tracking numbers but can manipulate the status, destination, and whether the delivery was successful or not. I believe this is merely a tool used by fraudsters 1.) to delay the customers from setting off any alarms for 30 days, and 2) giving them fake evidence during the dispute process which makes this even more infuriating when our own American company’s like eBay, PayPal and Meta side with the thieves of a far away land leaving regular tax payers with no significant power Joe Blow and Susie Q to take the hit, furthermore emboldening these crooks. I’m sick of it.

Never Received Package: Order from a Amazon vendor that use this courier service. JCEX "claims" that they delivered on a Sunday. Never received the package - no one to contact at JCEX - no proof of delivery given (no photo). They are a HORRIBLE courier. If you order from a vendor that uses them - seems there is a high chance you will not get your order. I wrote to the vendor and let them know. They did offer a replacement, but choosing a refund b/c they would ship again via this same courier. Disappointing.

Bought a e scooter from Amazon uk you know when a price is too good well it happened fake as tracking been refunded from Amazon but wasted over a month and it’s still apparently in transit ( scammers using Jcex and by the look of reviews it’s a epidemic) Jcex need to get a handle on this 🫣

⚠️ Warning about JCEX shipping

Be extremely careful if your seller is using JCEX for shipping. I had a very bad experience with them. My tracking was updated regularly, and eventually it showed “Delivered”, even though I never received the package.

In my case, the Alibaba seller turned out to be a scammer. Luckily, I was able to get my money refunded, but the experience was extremely frustrating.

I’ve also found many other customers reporting similar issues with JCEX — including shipments being marked as delivered when they were never received and questionable tracking updates.

My advice:If you are buying from an overseas seller and they tell you they are shipping through JCEX, be very cautious. Ask for a reliable courier with proper proof of delivery and verifiable tracking.

Don’t trust a tracking status that simply says “Delivered” — make sure you actually have proof that the package reached you.

I'm still looking for a package that was delivered to someone but it wasn't delivered to my house. I had to reorder the product. How about delivering it to my house this time. If you can read English. If not let FedEx deliver it.

I ordered an item from Amazon mid June. Its now mid August. I've tracked it and its finally in my town. Its been here around a week, still no delivery. Is it? Who do I believe. This company is absolutely horrible a d no one should use them. Amazon needs to refuse to work with any vendor that uses them. It seriously makes Amazon look bad when they haven't done anything wrong. Pitiful.

I ordered a watch and the company in china gave me a tracking number that I kept tracking all the way to the US. Then they said it was delivered but it wasn’t delivered. After talking to US Fraudulent department JCEX sells a block of fake tracking numbers to a company and they give the same tracking number to everyone. And I finally got ahold of the company and they asked for all kinds of information and said they were investigating where my package is. I told them I can prove that they never delivered the package because I have recordings for the day before and the day of and the day after they said they delivered. They just keep saying they are investigating it just be patient. Well I am going to file a lawsuit against them for everything. May not get anything out of them but it will get put into public record and show up under the company name. They are just a bunch of scammers and a dishonest company. Stay away from them because they are lowlife people.

Scammers!!!! I bought a gazebo through Walmart on June 3, 2026 which was suppose to be delivered 2 weeks later. I called Walmart and they told me it should be delivered on July 1st, so I waited because it said it was being delayed. Finally on July 15st (1 and a half months later) upon tracking it said it was delivered which it was not!! I once again called Walmart and they said to call a company called JCEX and gave me the tracking number. I looked it up on line and it said it was left in my mailbox. Really????!!!! A gazebo!!? This is complete fraud and a scam. I reported it to Walmart's fraud department and I did get a refund.
The point is this needs to be investigated.

I've had my order "Out for Delivery" since June 21 almost a month ago. Have never received it.

Never received item. Jcex says it was delivered. I have been home all week, No item Was Delivered.

Much like everyone else, I ordered a product (laptop) off Amazon, got a "shipped via JCEX" notice, and was now told on two websites (Amazon and 17Track) that it was delivered; of course, nothing arrived. I don't know if it's the 3rd Party Vendor on Amazon, JCEX or both, but from everything I've read, scammers use this scam "shipping" company. Would give -5 stars if I could!

Today is the 4th day of "out for delivery" and "arriving today". I received multiple packages from Amazon and USPS in the past 4 days, so NO EXCUSE of "I couldn't get to your building" BS.

Still have not received my package and tracking is horrible it goes from being in customs processing one day to in transit back to in cushions again a few days later I just want my money back and can not get an answer from no one that was the only money I had to get my grandson a pool for his birthday and now I have nothing to give him

SCAM WARNING. The item will not arrive. Two methods used. Either a fake tracking number is used or an empty envelope is sent to an address within your postcode/zip code addressed to "Anon". That way it shows on tracking as delivered. There will be no proof of delivery. JCEX will not help or provide evidence to your retailer (eBay, Amazon, Walmart). They will just tell them "it was delivered", stopping you getting a refund.

If you track the order you will see there is no weight shown and you cannot see the address where delivered to or a photo.

If you try emailing JCEX using cs at jcex.com.cn they will not read your email. No Delivered Receipts or Read Receipts.

The whole thing is an enormous scam. JCEX, based in China, are either a part of the scam or are vulnerable to it. They know about it and are doing nothing because they are making money from fake deliveries.
