They send you defective goods from "jd Collection" and then blame you for manufacturing defects! I got a phone with the same defect TWICE. First time around, I had to ship it back and wait for a month to have them credit me. And they only credit back shipping cost as a coupon!

Now I got another version of the same phone (UMIDIGI) which came with the same defect as the first one (bad screen oleophobic coating - visible lines when you smear the screen with your finger which disappear when the screen is wiped with a cloth). Sent them a video and they are saying the line looks like a crack! How can it be a crack when it can be wiped off?? Don't buy from them, there are much better sellers out there!

EDIT: I finally had this sorted out, not to my satisfaction but at least they were willing to work with me. Upped rating to 2*

The shop young in our market and is problems with search in the site, from those. support. But they slowly improve and debug the system. Carry out actions not bad. coupons give the discount. JD.com is a large online store. Recently I bought several items from them, for a very good price, including smartpones and toys for New Year. Most of the orders were shipped fast, but some (including one smartphone) were not shipped at all! As international jd.com site does not have reputation marks for sellers it is very hard to choose which seller to by from. So I have mixed feelings toward this online store - you can get quality item for excellent price or can have nothing but waste of time and money, if the seller that you buy from is not a good person.

They gave up excellent coupons: 10USD for orders more than 10USD, which allowed me to purchase some useful items for me and my family just for several cents. I already received some of these orders. But as jd.com is a marketplase with dozens of sellers, not all of these sellers are easy to communicate. Moreover, several sellers are shipping goods very long and some even refuse to ship orders. So, if you buy in jd.com you must be sure that the seller is good, otherwise you will only loose your time.

Обманывают с отправкой, дают не корректные трек коды. Служба поддержки не отвечает. Как только напишешь ПРАВДУ о компании в социальных сетях, тут же блокируют. Удаляют абсолютно все негативные отзывы. В общем ХУЖЕ продавца нет и быть не может!!
