Gym maintenance
Excellent staff engagement driven by the management team ensuring a sense of community with the members. Equipment is always well looked after with hourly resets and gym cleans. Any broken equipment always gets fixed with maximum efficiency.

I like the equipment in the gym
I like the equipment in the gym. It’s very spacious. The staff are friendly and approachable. I like visiting for my workouts. It does get a bit busy especially on mondays and Tuesday but it’s understandable as it’s a cheaper gym compared to most.

Great Gym with lots of variety
Great Gym with lots of variety, machines are great quality and gym staff is very friendly and approachable when in need of assistance,
My only wish is more resistance bands to be provided but otherwise would defo recommend

I’ve been going to JD in Enfield since the day they opened back in November 2025.
It is an amazing gym, I’ve been to every single gym in the area over the years and this one blows them all away completely. It’s always clean, tidy and the range of machines/equipment is ridiculously good for a commerical gym. Also being 24/7 and free parking right outside are huge positives.
Also, Dan always comes and says hello and takes an interest in how I am, what I’m
training that day etc which is really nice.

Great gym with an amazing atmosphere
I’ve been training at JD Gyms Enfield for a while now and it’s easily one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The equipment is modern, always well looked after, and the gym is kept clean. The management and staff are brilliant—friendly, approachable and always willing to help. The atmosphere is great too, with everyone respectful and focused on training. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

Fairly decent gym
Fairly decent gym. I wish they had more pro equipment (not technogym). Other than that, they have some gymleco and hammer strength which are some of my favourite brands of machines. One more back machine and leg press would be fantastic since they're always occupied.
Fairly clean (for a big gym). Gets packed massively from 6pm weekdays. Big plus for me is its 24/7.
