Best Socks and Exceptional Service

I order every time they bring out a new shade! I wear Jellylegz throughout the day not just on the bed and the quality is fab - they literally last forever. The company is brilliant too always super helpful if I message on insta and the grips are amazing compared to any other Pilates socks I’ve ever tried!

Ordered 3 pairs of socks and received the items quickly. However, the order was wrong and one pair are not a style/colour I would e er wear. I have tried several times to message the company to no avail so now have to start a claim with PayPal. Such an inconvenience.

Absolutey shocking company. By far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Ordered three pairs of socks five weeks ago. Never received these. Have attempted contact via email twice….no reply. Finally got a response via Instagram, was assured order would be posted out to me, again nothing arrived. Contacted again, was again assured order was posted out. Again nothing received. Asked for a refund in full, was told refund was processed, no refund has shown up in my bank at all. The company are now ignoring my messages. Do not order from this company!!!

I absolutely love Jelly Legz. I wear them for reformer/barre all the time and honestly wouldn’t wear anything else now.

I have a background in fashion, so I’m really fussy on quality, and these have quality in abundance along with great colour and style. They’re considered and more elevated than your usual Pilates socks.

The grip is brilliant, they wash so well, and I still have my first pairs from around 2 years ago which still look and wear the same. I’ve got so many now, from the slouch socks to the shorties, and I love them all.

I’ve been using Jellylegz for years! Amazing quality product that last well and gives amazing grip. Great collection of different colours and styles to match with different outfits. The socks wash well, are comfortable and the quality has lasted years (I still use the first pair I bought over 3 years ago). Great products and great customer service, would highly recommend

Ordered 3 for 2, received 2 pairs of socks with a hand written note saying a 3rd would follow.
No tracking available for this.
Tried to contact via email and social media but no response from either

I have bought from Jellylegz several times as I use them daily in my own studio. I placed an order last week and received the parcel twice, a couple days apart. When I contacted Jellylegz to return the duplicated order, I received the kindest email saying to keep hold of them and gift to my customers.
This was the kindest gesture, something they didn't have to do and completely made my customers day when I gifted them!

I have had the exact same experience as Steve. Order placed, confirmed and payment taken on 4 January. Order has not turned up and all of my messages and emails have been ignored. Do not order.

Order didn’t turn up. Order placed on 14th December and confirmed the same day. Money taken from bank account same day. There is no customer service. There is no contact number anywhere to get in touch and the company didn’t respond to e-mail. I also used DM on Instagram but this was also ignored. I have had to request a chargeback via the bank.

Best grip socks on the market!! I have a draw full of them! Quality material that really lasts wash after wash and gorgeous colour combinations!

Love these socks, they're excellent quality. I've purchased quite a few pairs and they last so well. The grip is excellent for reformer pilates and they come in the most gorgeous colours. I've just bought some of the new colours to go with my new gym sets 🩷

Im really impressed with these socks. I’ve tried multiple grippy socks over the years but never really been happy, either they’ve slipped, shrunk in the wash or have been really poor quality. These have surpassed all my expectations. I have tried them for a good 6 months now and I’m still wearing them. They wash really well, keep their shape and colour, don’t go bobbly….!! But most importantly they look great and serve their purpose. I do reformer pilates 5 times a week so it was a must they were practical as well as good enough to wear out afterwards as lounge socks. These definitely fit that criteria. I even wear them for my weight sessions in the gym when I don’t wear shoes, to give me extra grip. I’ve ordered them in 4 different colours now, they’re a must have if you’re an exercise girly!! (Or guy!!) Thanks JellyLegz, I know what I’m getting everyone for Christmas!!

Love these socks! The grip is so grippy, that I never have to worry about slipping in my Pilates classes. The material is gorgeous and there’s a colourway to match all my favourite sets. Been purchasing these socks for over a year and would never use another brand

Love my Jellylegz socks! I’ve got over 10 pairs now and wear them all the time for reformer Pilates and day-to-day because they’re so comfy. The grip’s great, the colours are lovely, and they’re such good value. Delivery’s always super quick too!
