Would say the customer service is terrible but it's non existent. You get AI generated emails saying customer service will be in touch, probably won't be looks of things. Gave me a delivery number but hasn't gave the courier the items to deliver.

Good quality products, will buy again

Spoke with a sales guy on Friday and asked if I could water down the weed killer but didn’t want to do it without agreement, he responded by stating that if I used the product then I wouldn’t be able to obtain a refund as id used the product. He laughed at me and stated that people don’t get refunds. So, the stamp don’t mean anything. Id say I’ll get a response saying that the products do come with a guarantee but if that’s the case the sales guy needs retraining. 10

Same as the other recent reviews. Day 7 not dispatch yet let alone delivered website says 5-7 working days delivery time. Got the generic email stating they are busy. Customer service poor!

Very quick to take your money. But zero customer service. Paid out £79 two weeks ago and not heard anything since. Unsure whether this is a SCAM company. Just a marketing machine ! Be careful !

Shame there isn't 0 stars, awful service and useless response rate. I was keen to try the products but now all I want is a refund and to not recommend Jenny Chem to anyone.

Still no products or reply after 6 days regarding a refund. How this company runs is a miracle.

Great company been using products for a while, thought I would try some of the car cleaning products, happy with the results of the Citrus pre wash, but the Hypoer seal leaves a streaky view on the paint, no matter how hard I buff the paint does not go away, mixed to correct level but same , never leave for more than recommended time, challenging is now can't get rid of these streaks even after washing.

After 12 days, I am still waiting for my delivery despite being told delivery was 3-5 days. Yodel claim to have made an attempt to deliver which wasn’t true. I was in all day and I also checked my cctv. I was told 2 days ago that the issue had been escalated to their dedicated team for urgent escalation and despite me emailing them twice since, I have not had the courtesy of a response. I will escalate this with my bank.

Products are good. They performed well and did the job very easily.

Late delivery, phoned customer service, assured it would be delivered, only half of goods arrived, 2 weeks later the rest turned up, no apology. Management/owner - spend more money and employ more people to make your business competent - hang your head in shame. How can businesses in the UK prosper if you are going to pull stunts like that?

Ordered a over a week ago and still not been despatched if I had been told it was slow delivery I wouldn’t have ordered

Three times ordered from them all the time take two weeks to delivery 

Great products but sadly let down by the length of delivery times, I ordered and paid on the 4th of March and I got a confirmation email eight days later that they were processing my order. It is now the 25th of March and I’m still awaiting for the products to arrive.

First time customer let down.
I ordered 2 cleaning products from this company on the 17th March. It said 3-5 days delivery time - just checked, not yet dispatched! I really needed these products. I sent an email and received an AI response, apologising profusely for the delay. This automated response doesn't excuse terrible service. Will not use this company again.

Terrible. Placed order on 9th March and still haven’t received it (22nd). Contacted customer services multiple times but continue to get the same standard response, which I suspect is written by an ai agent. Avoid using.

Website quoted 3-5 days delivery. It wasn’t even dispatched until after 8 days.
It’s now 16 days since I placed my order, and still no sign of it.
The excuse was that they are very busy.
I’ve now told them I don’t want my order, so we will see how long it takes to receive a refund.
I will update this review accordingly.

having ordered products a few times from jenny chem and never had a problem to now my last three orders taking longer than 1 week to be delivered to know having 2 order go completely missing. money taken from my account and no products. customer service are very slow as well at resolving problems

Still waiting 6 days later for my items to dispatch, changing to 1star .Products are ok but dispatch times are terrible, customer service just giving out the same excuses I see from other customer reviews, Poor excuse given due to 'dealing with too many orders.
You want the business dispatch the orders to your customers . Not good enough
