They sent me a tin of their expensive paint,when it arrived it was badly damaged.Not dented but now more square than round! When I contacted Amazon to return it I was shock to find that Jenolite do not except returns! Their Website is no help,they want me to pay for returning it .The money I have spent with them over the years.
Well that's last time they will see any of my money!!
I should have gone with Hammerite and save half the price!!

Used both directtorust and exterior door paint in spray cans. Excellent products and next day delivery.

Very thick liquid, didn't spray from applicator. Came out like cream. Applied directly to rust, and unlike other products I've used, this just sat there with no reaction
Considering this is quite expensive, I'd have expected better.

Right now, I think I would have been as well spraying anchor cream on the rust.

The instruction for use can only be scanned in with a QR code on the product - no good if you dont have a smart phone.
The putty will NOT stick to a wet service - so it is no use for a leaking pipe!

Products are not good. I tried silver bbq spray paint. After "drying" the paint is coming off like dust. Yes, shaken for a lot of minutes, aplied in a normal environment, shade, warm, no wind. Everything is full of silver dust, my hands are silver, the bbq glove is silver, everything is silver. I tried washing it, of course the whole paint comes off, and I see the metal again. 18 eur thrown, few hours wasted and a lot of frustration because now I don't know how to fix it.

Recently purchased paint for wrought iron fencing but colour once applied didn’t match expected colour on the tin/online description. However the customer service provided once my concern raised with them was tremendous and very refreshing. Definitely will use this company again and highly recommend to all.

I bought some of Jenolite's enamel bath spray paint and carefully prepped the surface of the bath before applying the paint (equally carefully) but within a week it had started to peel off in patches. Soon almost all of it had peeled off.

I have been using Jenolite Rust Converter, their gloss (not matt) spray varnish to protect copper and brass from tarnishing and these products are fantastic !

Ordered 3x red garage door paint to spray some metal garden furniture. Prompt service very pleased with price and finished quality of spray paint .

Items arrived without packaging and 2 cans were activated. I sent a less than complimentary response that was answered very politely the next working day and 2 new cans sent out.

Easy to get 5 stars when all goes right but really appreciate a company that puts right a problem so quickly and professionally.

Directo rust multi surface

I ordered one litre of rust converter from Jenolite's own shop on eBay with a delivery time of 2-3 days. There was no communication whatsoever from Jenolite and the item failed to arrive. Having sent two messages to Jenolite they failed to respond. Ebay issued an immediate refund. If you read the Ebay feedback for this firm you will see the pattern emerging, mine is not an isolated incident. I have good experience of other Jenolite products which have been bought from third party sellers. Buying direct is not recommended.

Awful service. Every time I buy from a company directly rather than buying via Amazon it is a disaster. Won’t be doing it again.

Seems like their customer support process is a little rusty, which is ironic to say the least.

Bought 3 cans of rust converter and 3 cans of primer for doing underneath vehicle. Products seen to go the job but only time will tell. Unfortunately one of the aerosols simply didn't work from new. Got a bit at the start for a few seconds and that was it. Tried to contact support but they haven't got back to me to try.

Ordered on the 5th, the marked as dispatch within the day and I checked with the courier and they hadn't received the parcel for a whole week. Clearly they mark parcels as dispatched when they're not but don't realise their own courier choice updates the customer saying we still have not received the parcel. I sent them 3 emails chasing and then eventually they send an automated email cancelling and refunding the order. I send another email as surprise surprise the refund never came through chasing what is happening as I never requested an refund. They reply bluntly without even using fullstops saying the item is discontinued. What a waste of 2 weeks without a product I have prepped outdoor surfaces for. Do not shop here. If you don't chase daily they will just hold your money and mark as dispatch when they don't even have the product in stock or even worse sell it online but know it's discontinued. They may look like a genuine company but it 100% felt like a scam experience. Luckily I stop with a credit card and put in a dispute to get my refund back.

I ordered 3 tins of paint from them. They sent the wrong paint. They then sent the correct paint but two of the tins arrived burst open. So, I requested two replacements. I have sent them 5 emails and left a voicemail. They have not answered any or sent the replacement paint. Be WARNED do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered on May 14th, 3 weeks later no progress on order, no reply to reminder emails. Definitely a scam. Avoid!

Paid over 100 euro for some cans of this paint.
Rust converter, and anti rust primer.

After sanding a preparation I used the rust converter then 2 days later I used the anti rust primer, after 2 coats I left it for a week and guess what!? The rust is back.
I may as well have just used my child's watercolours instead of getting ripped off by this company who falsely advertise their normal spray paint as a rust inhibitor.

Do not get this if you have rust, get something else!!

It is my opinion that this product is not as effective as claimed. It absolutely did not allow me to just wipe the rust away after 15 minuets or indeed one hour of constantly agitating the jenolite. I did reach out to the company for help or recommendations via their web form and to date have not received a reply.
I would not recommend this product for rust removal. At £22 for 500ml the performance of the product was pathetic. I found a quicker and cheaper method was to use Autosol and a stainless steel buff, this removed the rust in its entirety and brought up the surface of the metal. I had intended to use the Jenolite on vehicle restoration but thought I would give it a try on a lathe restoration and the results were very poor. I won't even bother using it on my vehicles. I was so angry at having spent £22 on something that did not work as promised I have been mulling over taking this up with Trading Standards.
