NO! NO! NO! Run away quickly from this company. Horrible products and even worse customer service. Cheaply made, doesn't work and after disputing with PayPal, they wanted me to pay the cost of the shipping (which is almost as much as the product itself). It seems they have quite the history of ripping people. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR COMPANIES TRADING UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES!

Don't waste your money on their products. The products are cheap and not worth the advertised price. The product ships from China, and it doesn’t work as advertised. The ads on their website are misleading. Don’t waste your mind bye!

I mean, it's shipped from China, poorly packaged and completely destroyed when it got to my house. I ordered the paint edger thing. Also, they sent me a replacement...took 5 weeks.... and it was damaged with the box torn open.

Email only with the company and they refused to return my money. They did oder to replace my product for a third time. From China. That would arrive in 5-8 weeks. I asked for my money back and they ghosted me.

CRAPPY company and a waste of internet space and your money.

Horrible product, horrible shipping. It took so long to get it that when i finally did, i had zero time to open and use it. This is the Amenitee paint kit. I just trusted that it would be awesome like the videos portrayed. Not so! DO NOT buy that paint kit. So it ended up being past 30 days when I finally found the time and energy to try it. So I'm out the $29.99! My bad, but want to warn others. Wish I'd seen the reviews!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM! Would give negative stars if I could. Ordered the paint set as a gift and the box came completely damaged, which is unacceptable and the item was complete garbage. Don’t buy into their Facebook ads, they will take your money and send you cheap crap, months after you’ve purchased. You might as well take the money you plan on using to purchase from them and put it in the garbage because anything you receive will be broken and they don’t care because they’ve got your money.

Bad customer service...worse product. The painting kit did not come with attachment, still waiting on that, and claim I contacted them 31 days instead of 30 so could not get money back - even though I still do not have attachment. Part I had was terrible - fell apart during use...multiple times. They do not stand by satisfaction guarantee.

Because they won't let you not choose 1.... Very sad that this insult to American commerce is allowed to exist... zero honor or pride in their business... their return policy is absurd ... and I will be harassing this issue as long as I have not gotten my full refund...

Do not purchase anything from this website. The items are complete garbage. They do not tell you that anything purchased ships from CHINA, and takes over 2 months to receive. This company is awful

Ordered the paint roller in February and still haven't received it. Terrible customer service - was pretty much told me too bad when I complained. Don't do it!!

I ordered a product 4 weeks ago! They said it was shipped and gave me a tracking number.. I called USPS. They said the tracking number does not exsist! Its a scam!!

order never arrived, ordered 2/13/2019. Don't even need the item anymore. Painted without it. Filed a dispute with PayPal, JenraStore and Better Business Bureau. Close this place down!

I ordered a paint set and it was not only missing pieces, it looked like it had been repackaged so much that the box broke down. When I contacted them for a refund, they made multiple excuses and refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My bother and sister-in-law just shared all the back and forth emails between the company. The demonstrate they do not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. It was like talking to a wall. I was discussing painting and the tools I needed, which is how it came up. I will not be purchasing from this company and it really bothers me that there is no genuine effort from Jenrastore to maintain their promise of 100% satisfaction.

Do not buy anything from Jenrastore.com. The product was sent damaged and no one did anything to rectify the situation.

Do not purchase anything from this store. My item came weeks later and was completely destroyed. I contacted them for a refund because after all this time I no longer needed it. They wanted to reship the item again, with a long wait time because it comes from China! No refunds and they remove negative reviews from their Facebook page so you won’t see the comments. Do not shop with them! You will have a cheap product, possibly damaged in shipment, it comes from China, and absolutely no refunds! They need a zero star!

I ordered an Amenitee Super Easy DIY wall painting kit. It took over a month to arrive and when it did, the boxes were beat up. I purchased it with the extension wand to paint above the stairs but a plastic piece to connect it broke off during assembly. The sponge to paint with wouldn't fit in and seemed very cheaply made. I don't know how it wouldn't disintegrate almost immediately. It seemed like a knock-off version of the As Seen on TV thing. And of course after reading their return policy, I'll have to pay to ship it back. Huge disappointment!

Took a month to get the product (build own Ukulele kit). Then was just in a plastic bag - actually some of the pieces were not even in that. Item was not in a "product" box or had instructions. It is a gift and is embarrassing to hand the recipient just a bag of parts.

Still no painting product!!! I ordered Jan 7th paid same day and got a tracking # on Jan 14th with USPS and it's not even in US yet on Jan 24th. I requested a refund and was informed that it already shipped so no refund. They said they didn't have enough in stock in US so it was to be shipped direct from warehouse in Asia. I will never purchase from them again.
