Late on a Friday, we needed additional coverage on a loaner vehicle. Haylet got the lot done inside of 30 minutes. Fantastic service, just when we needed it. Would highly recommend Jensten Insurance.

Very professional company

Jensten insured an extension building project, providing the exact level of cover i needed. Their representative David was very helpful and professional.

There happened to be a misunderstanding over the final week of cover. When i flagged the issue, Jensten immediately conducted a proper review of the policy and contacted the insurer for clarity. The result was satisfactory and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jensten or insure with them again.

You often don't know how good a company is until there's a problem and Jensten came through with flying colours. it's nice to deal with proper staff who listen to customers and respond fairly.

My 911 Turbo S was taken to Llaxa Garage for an MOT on 27th April. While on their premises, the vehicle was damaged by the owner of the garage, who is insured by Jensten Insurance brokers.

Liability was reported immediately, yet over a month later I am still without my vehicle due to ongoing delays and the claim being placed on hold. Despite repair estimates being provided, the matter remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience, stress, and loss of use of my vehicle.

For an insurance company, the handling of this claim has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, progress has been unnecessarily delayed, and there appears to be very little urgency in resolving a straightforward liability matter.

I believe the public should be aware of the level of service being provided in situations such as this.

Should Jensten Insurance resolve this matter promptly and professionally, I would be willing to update this review accordingly.

Wouldn't use any other company to do fleet & business insurance, Sue & Hayley are very professional in handling everything & everything I need.

Debbie makes insurance so much easier for me- collating it all together, meeting up yearly to go through the business needs. She makes it a much friendlier yet business like experience

Regarding my last review Jensten did investigate my complaint The outcome was as expected, it was my fault, apparently the call cut off & I did not answer when called back & by coincidence my voicemail failed to work I have experienced no problems with my phone There was nothing preventing them calling me back the next day or since & there was no mention of why the Manager failed to ring me after twice requesting help
