My order was missing an item and had a random item instead, customer service never replied when i reached out, and one of the pants i bought had a hole in the pocket already when i bought it and i noticed trying it on, they didn’t reply to that email either.

So, like many, I have been a victim of Jessakae's predatory return system. Please understand that when you buy a dress from Jessakae, even if it doesn't fit, even if it's damaged in transit, they will not take the G*damn thing back. I'm one day within the extremely small return window (21 days from the day you ORDER, not the day they DELIVER, which is INSANE, because it means you have a random number of days to try the thing) and they rejected my return. Now the dresses are going in the trash. What a waste.

Edited Mon April 13: Despite what Jessakae wrote below, they did not help me. They said they would take the dress back, butI waited to update my review, and indeed, what they said turned out to be untrue. As of today, they have mailed it back to me — they do this all the time, no explanation, no note, no nothing. Just "nah."

I ordered my Sloane Puff Sleeve Tiered Cotton Floral V-Neck Maxi Dress from Jessekea on February 9, 2026, and already by February 24, I had it in my hands here in Denmark.

It fully lives up to my expectations, and I feel so beautiful wearing it. The material is great, and it is exactly as shown in the pictures.

Don’t waste your money. Bought a dress.. literally tried it on that day. It didn’t fit so I sent it back the day I received it. Got an email stating that they couldn’t accept the return due to the dress having a strong odor. False. I literally tried it on then took it to ups two hours later.

Ordered my dress on 20 Dec and it arrived on 9 Jan.

I purchased the yellow everbloom in size 14 during the sale. Love how pretty the dress is but I do have an issue with the zippers, it doesn't zip up/down as smoothly. The shoulder straps are loose so it keeps falling off my shoulders.

Aside from that, the dress is amazing and comfortable to wear. The boning doesn't make me feel constricted. I am 5'4 and the dress reaches to my ankle so it is pretty long on me.

The dresses offered by Jessakae look beautiful but the material has downgraded. I ordered three dresses during black Friday thinking I was getting a great deal only to recieve fast fashion quality dresses. The material is no longer quality material like it used to be. A few years ago I ordered from their strawberry shortcake collection and the dress was amazing quality. I was surprised that when I pulled out these new dresses they felt thin and are see through material. The sizing was also off and the tags were sown off center which customer service said was done purposely. I'm pretty sure that isn't true. Poor quality, odd sizing, and terrible customer service is how I think of Jessakae now. I'll never purchase from them again. I'll just stick to Dainty Jewells.

Bad return policy (no returns just exchanges), sizing is weird, limited sizing, customer service ok, also it is hard & confusing doing an actual return, honestly it really should be called the cute overpriced dress store & not Jessakae

While I love the dresses, the quality has decreased and customer service won't replace clearly defective items. I have spent hundreds of dollars here to be met by a terrible customer service team when two of my dresses had zipper flaws (allegedly a known problem with their dresses) because I had worn each dress once. I have been a customer for several years and I will not shop here again after the terrible customer service and the dollars wasted on defective dresses. Save your money and shop at a company that cares about quality.

I picked the perfect dress for my sunset lakeside elopement! I ordered the Celeste dress it was a few sizes too big, exchange was easy and they sent a new smaller size. Fit perfect! So pretty and shiny I got a lot of compliments! Was hesitant ordering online but I'm so glad I did. I love how they cater to all sizes and their story of why. Thank you Jessakae for making an extra special day so magical!

They offered to resend my package that never delivered the first time, just for it to happen again. It says delivered again, but once again no package. I once again checked with my neighbors and my property, but nothing.

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a $250 dress. The zipper was broken and they refused to give me a refund because it was past the 20 day return window. Their reasoning was that zippers lose their grip. I purchased the dress 2 months ago and never wore the dress. Spend your money with another company that makes quality dresses.

Their return policy is literally a joke. First they clearly state they don’t refund to original payment sources. Okay. Kind of dumb if you ask me. Then, you have 20 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE to return an item??? I was in the process of moving and I didn’t get a chance to return it in the time I had. When I finally had a moment, it rejected my return. Normal stores/brands that people actually like, usually give you 30 days from the day you receive it. 20 days from the date of purchase is ridiculous. Seriously though, what kind of policy is that?? Not to mention the dress was huge and had so much material, it didn’t look anything like the picture. Don’t even waste your time ordering from this store.

The package has not been received, although I have received tracking that says it has been delivered. But it has not.

They are amazing can’t wait for family photos will post ASAP
