Jess is a wonderful PT. She makes each session with her super fun and informative, and I’ve never been as consistent with the gym as I have since starting with Jess. She is really funny and comfortable to be around. Not only have I gained a PT and a friend, she has also introduced me to a group of lovely ladies in her community! Jess is building something really special with her PT business and I’m glad to be a part of it!

Jess doesn't just train you for your 1 hour session a week. She invites you into her world with the JFPC ladies group, the socials, the group exercise classes.

I used to be a cardio girl who hid from the weights and after 18 months training with Jess I have absolutely no anxiety spending my entire workout in the weights section. She will celebrate you for enjoying your life whilst simultaneously making you work the hardest you've ever worked in the gym every session.

I always come out of my sessions with a big smile on my face. Recommend to everyone.

Jess Fit Plus Coaching has changed my life! I had no idea how to get fit or anything about fitness but at 56 years old I decided I wanted muscles, strength & a lifestyle of placing fitness as a priority, even though life is busy!

Its been 3 months now & I have not only got muscles, my skin is glowing, I have taken 7 bags of 'fat clothes' to the charity shop, stayed consistent to exercising & absolutely loving it, I don't feel guilty when I have a cheat day, go on holiday etc as its a lifestyle now.

Everyone has been asking me what my secret is, my neighbour's have been stopping me & asking me how I lost the weight. Then to find that in my street that others have gone to 'Jess Fit Plus Coaching' was unbelievable!

Jess listens & provides you with the means to achieve your goals. She advises on nutrition, supplements etc its an entire full package.

Its reasonably priced & I will always go back to Jess for advice & further training.

Jess MacMillan is a Fantastic Personal Trainer. She has extensive knowledge of all forms of exercise, from stretching to body conditioning and diet. I have just finished an 8 week course with 1 session per week and feel much fitter, flexible and healthier from the guidance and workout routines that Jess has provided. She is always a welcoming face at the gym and keen to see how you are progressing. Thank you Jess.

Jess is the best! Like literally! Not only is she an amazing PT who knows her sh*t, she is just such a lovely beautiful weirdo in the best way ever and makes everyone, no matter who they are, feel comfortable.

Never fails to put a smile on my face when I’m not feeling my best and is the biggest hype girl! I’ve had 1 on 1 PT with her and after my cycle finished I joined her small group PT sessions because I didn’t want to completely stop the wondeful vibes she brings. She’s also introduced me to some beautiful girlies through the gym which I am so grateful for ❤️❤️❤️

Jess is so so approachable, so kind, and overall just the best PT a girl could ask for when they are nervous to get back into the gym!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to get in touch with Jess if they are considering PT sessions - if she has any slots left that is, as understandably she gets booked up!

Jess is a truly amazing PT and I’m so glad I met her at her Sunday circuits class (which is also a great way to start any Sunday!). I’ve learnt so much about strength training through Jess, she is really knowledgeable and supportive of any goals you want to set- whether it be weight loss, muscle building or general fitness/toning. Most of all she is really fun and never fails to make me laugh and I look forward to my PT sessions every week.

Jess is so lovely, always got a smile and truly cares about your goals. I love how she makes moving fun, changes up the Sunday circuits often to keep it engaging and keeps the energy high! She pushes you that bit extra so you get a good workout and is always so encouraging and supportive. The perfect Sunday activity doing your Sunday Circuits would reccomend to anyone!
