To clarify, shipping timeframes are provided by the courier service and are outside of our control. In your case, you selected NZ Post Economy, which is known to have longer delivery windows, particularly during the busy holiday season like Christmas.

You made payment after hours on 3rd December, and your shipment was promptly dispatched within 1 business day on 5th December, well within our service timeframes. While we do everything we can to ensure timely handling on our end, delays during transit are unfortunately managed by the courier.

Seamless redirection for purchases

Seamless redirection for purchases. For various reasons, online retailers will only deliver to specific regions. Occasionally I need to purchase an item that will only be delivered to NZ. JetKrate provides me with a NZ address and a seamless process that delivers my item to Australia. Highly recommended.

Go with the cheapest shipping

Good service, but significantly higher shipping rates for small/light items compared to the nzpost calculator. Picked the cheapest options, it had tracking even though the site said it wouldn't, two weeks additional transit time. Probably the only reasonable NZ reshipper out there.

We understand your frustration regarding the missing rubber gasket. However, only one package with two metal parts arrived at our NZ warehouse for you, and we shipped it within 24 hours of receiving your payment as requested. Unfortunately, no rubber gasket was included in the package received from the retailer.

Prior to shipping, you were able to review the items received and specify their values, where it would have been clear that only two metal parts were listed. We recommend reaching out to the retailer regarding the missing gasket, as this is outside of our control.

If you’re satisfied with our prompt handling and shipping of the items we received, we’d appreciate it if you could kindly reconsider your review. Positive feedback is essential to our ability to continue offering this service.

They ignore my emails.

They currently have my package in their Auckland depot. Since it contains alcohol (which I already checked on their website is allowed, and I am well under the volume limit), they say I cannot send it via their website but I have to email them about it. I have sent now three emails to the support address, none of which have been responded to. It's nearing the 30 day limit since they received my package, and I'm not sure what's going to happen to it since they seem to be ignoring me.

My parcel arrived half hanging out of the bag. I contacted you twice before leaving feedback but you couldn't be bothered even responding.

Edit: they claim not to have received my correspondence, but it all went to the exact email address that they list on their site for customer enquiries, from that exact site that they put in their reply to me . So that sounds like a Jetkrate problem, and quite a large one.
