The worst, rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Then when I complained they didn’t care one bit.

The gym itself was nice enough as were the staff - I put the account on freeze while overseas for a couple of months - I had to do it twice. They charged me the entire time - when i called about it when I came back the woman at the gym confirmed they could see the freeze request and assured me payments team would sort it. Payments team said they spoke to club manager and had no supporting documents (which are in their own app) so no refund.
Cancelled membership and won't be back - I'm sorry I didn't check trust pilot before I will keep reposting this review as a public service as it seems like it is their consistent practice.

Cancel your membership, block your credit card and apply for new ones, or close your bank account entirely. Redirect your income into a different account and don’t respond no matter what—problem solved.

They might send debt collectors and threaten legal action, let them, don’t be bullied into their acts, but here’s what you do: *Ignore them for seven years.* If there’s no communication, the debt is considered uncollectible, and they’ll recover their losses through insurance.

They’ll try to reach you through work emails in an attempt for you to do something—block and delete them. They’ll check every possible platform to contact you, even at the risk of trying damaging your reputation. *DO NOT ENGAGE.*

I canceled my card, applied for a new one and closed my account.

The worst gym ever. I cancelled our memberships and they tried to do a debit success fee not once but twice. Had been with this scammy gym for years. Go to city fitness this gym has nothing and treats their workers like garbage (many managers have told me this before they quit). Dirty toilets, basic equipment and terrible business model. Cancelling my bank cards so you can't get another cent. AVOID

Absolutely useless, managers keep on quitting and my 15 year old son can't get in because they don't issue tags to under 16s and he can only access during staffed hours. They keep taking my money and I can't cancel because there is no accessible customer service either. This is an ongoing issue since early January.

I got injured the day after I started my membership. I was out of fitness for 2 months. I was never even able to collect my gym card or register my account. I Continued to get charged for 2 months without ever even going once. Once I was recovered and ready to start my Jett’s journey and collect my swipe tag, I called up customer service to enquire about my injury and the charges I had only noticed about a week ago. I asked if it was possible to get a refund or account credit for the 7 weeks as I had been injured. All they had to say was “you should have told us this when you first got injured”. The Customer service agent was rude, insincere, and honestly a right prick. So I immediately told him to cancel my membership. But wait there’s more! You have to give them two weeks notice if you want to cancel it! What a joke, it’s a gym not a job! It’s a shame really because I was quite excited to try a new gym but looks like I’m going back to City Fitness again lol.

Payment policy is very misleading. Takes 2 weeks to cancel it and it automatically rolls over.

Regarding the facility provided, I think it was satisfactory for me. If you are looking for guided training or professional training, I suggest trying their free trial first. However, please note that once you are on a minimum-term contract, it is very difficult to opt out. I had to relocate to a location where jetts weren't available. Despite offering them evidence of my employment, address, payslips, etc, Jetts refused to terminate my contract. When it comes to the minimum term contract, it is pure business, and there is no humanitarian basis. Especially if you are planning for a long-term contract such as their 18-month one. You will have to pay the pending balance in the contract before you can cancel the contract. Be very careful before signing into it, and MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE SMALL PRINTS.

Horrible payment policy…. If you’re late with your payment they won’t give you any time to fix it they immediately charge you a penalty and they don’t even let you know that the payment didn’t go through… and then if you don’t pay then penalize but not when someone is not even 2 days late they penalize you $10 extra

A shocking gym to deal with. My 15 yr old joined for $9 pw which I said I would pay for, by auto payment every Wednesday night. Every Wednesday MORNING they would try to take out $20 or more , not the quoted $ 9, and because my money wasnt in yet they would feel obliged to double (even once triple ) the amount after 6.30pm when my money went in. Incidentally the exact time I told them to take the money. After losing between 20 and 60 every frigging week I tried having it out with them by phone and in person. Either they were playing dumb or acting dumb because they never did understand why I was getting so angry.
I ended up refusing to pay them anything and of course getting sent to debt collectors. Pity, as I wanted to be taken to court so I could show the judge how much they ripped me off compared to what they quoted me.

The gym itself was passable though the clientele were extremely down market. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to work out with members who all look like Jake the Muss

Want to share my very poor customer service experience with Jetts Hammersmith gym. Company advertises itself as a contract free gym or “workout on your own terms” but in fact there are hidden fees behind no contract promises. Every big well known no contract gym policy allows you to cancel your direct debit few days before next months payment will be processed. In this case guys be aware!! U have to pay for one more month after u wish to cancel! Why? God knows why…for a smooth transaction I was told! Transaction to where Im sorry I want to cancel not to change to a different branch!
U were ticking a box with terms and conditions apparently, conditions u were asking about but they were never mentioned to you! Extremely disappointed with this experience and misleading information. Please be aware when u sign up

There payment arrangement system suck so bad. They will lure you in somehow if you change your card or something it is hard to pay. And panality over panality. It is so hard to change anything. Debt success is worst company to they use to take payment. 2 years experience. If you life is busy don't use them.I would not recommend anyone to use Jetts there are many better options available. Never make any contract with them. You will regret.
