I have ordered before with no issue ns liked what I had .
This time I haven’t even recieved an acknowledging reply to my email .
Jeulia , either send my order or return my money IMMEDIATELY. I WILL take this to the end of the line if you keep failing to respond .
This was ordered 3 weeks ago and you promised a four day Delivery time .

Very easy to select options and to order free gift as well very nice site to use recommended super to deal with very excited waiting for my order

Firstly, hiding behind a .CO.UK website address when they are based in Hong Kong is suggesting they could be UK based and covered by UK law. They aren't & don't!
Peridot green can be almost white apparently, and if you have any engraving, a return could cost you 35%.
My experience was of poor quality and of course using their small print to absolve of any responsibility.
Lesson learned - buy in the UK!
Update 16/9/26 - Jeulia emailed after the above review, offering full refund but returning the item to a US address. The postal cost then Chumps tariff puts you off returning unless you have a serious defect of course. The original country is China with no import duty so, I can only assume knowing the US tariff will put people off returning especially if you have a customised item with 35% charge on top.
As said - BUY IN THE UK!

Ordered 2 beautiful rings on the 5th August expecting delivery by the 16th, my friends birthday. Nothing. It had not even been shipped by that point. Contacted them to be told that it would be dispatched soon and apologies. I was offered a 10% refund. I accepted that but it has not been honoured. I finally got an email to say it has been dispatched a week ago.
Today I have received notification from the delivery company that I have to pay £55 in import fees before I can have the rings! Disgusted. This has never been mentioned before. I have bought lots of things from abroad and never encountered this! I now want a full refund and will not be paying the fees.
Overall, customer service have been slow to respond, have not taken accountability or followed through on their promises. Avoid at all costs!

Rings still not received as courier UPS want ££64.67 in unpaid fees, website states free shipping on £119 and we spent £236 and the receipt states -£30 shipping costs. I will update as ive raised an issue so will wait on the outcome, we get married in under 4 weeks and the rings were perfect and just what we wanted

I would give it a 0 if I could! Absolutely awful quality and even worse customer service! A ring I have has started to peel and tarnish within a week of having it. 0 response from the company despite sending tickets, emailing and contacting them on social media, eventually said they would refund if we delete the negative review, so we did and still no refund so putting it back up. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Absolute waste of money

I purchased a ring from Jeulia in March 2026 May 16th and by July one of the stone fell out under normal wear and was completely lost. I contacted Jeulia and the said to go through the repair process the accepted the item and told me they would replace the stone under warranty and as it was a set I asked to have them resized and their size guide is way off I bought them in march by July they were to tight. (Weather) and that’s where the fun starts the give u an address in California and state not to send by “ please do not use express carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for returns.” And you have 7 days to return after which your warranty is invalid. So how do u return the item?? I had it set to go and the postal needed an email & phone no in order to track. Spent a week sending emails after email no reply. So I googled it and got both posted them I had to pay international shipping fees to return their faulty item. They wanted €9 each to resize two weeks later it was back to me with a payment from customs. Tried to contact them I was met with total silence. Their customer service is appalling.
Do not buy from this company; their quality is poor and their customer support is non-existent. I asked for a refund for the money paid for resizing and I had to send all the retails they had already sent me just to get my money back. I am left with rings I can’t use.

I'm having the worst experience with Jeulia. Their customer service is rubbish. One only communicate with an AI bot. Impossible to speak to a human. Made an order that should take 14 days. Had some plans to customise the ring, and it's been more than 20 days and still haven't had any sensible response. Don't try to offer me money because such will not change the shitty service. Will never recommend or order from this company again.

I bought my wife a ring and it's to small so with multiple emails over the last week and getting no response, I've done what they have said in their first and only email sent by them and now I'm getting nothing, customer service is totally rubbish.
As for the product excellent can not fault it I have bought stuff of this site and it's been great the first time I need to return a product and customer service is non existent

Delivery is swift you have a choice, wait a couple of weeks (its a crimbo prezzies so i will wait) or get it within a few days (pay extra).

Website is easy to follow and find what you want. Rings are cheap but very very very good quality. Fast shipping is also a bonus.

Really easy to use website with good filtering tools to get exactly what you need. The only thing I would say is the extra charges should be made more clearer as I didn't see anything until it was time to pay

What a big con. I bought my partner an engagement ring, paying £440 for it, and this ring has to be the cheapest ring I have seen in my life. The picture you see is not what you get. Very cheaply made, also very thin. I got my partner's name engraved into the ring, and you have to use a magnifying glass to see it. I have emailed this company over the last couple of days with no response as I want to send it back but have not had anything back after it said you would receive an email within 24 hours. I am very disappointed with the whole outcome of this site, and it will never be used again. I also waited 3 weeks for it to arrive; this ring is something I could get from my local jewelry store for £150/£200. Big con, avoid at all costs. I have emailed the company many times, also customer services. It's a shame I can't show people a picture of how shocking the ring is.
