I ordered a made-to-order dress and had an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Customer support was incredibly quick and helpful, and my order arrived right when I needed it.
The dress was a perfect fit straight out of the box, and the quality completely exceeded my expectations. I wore it as my after-party second look and got non-stop compliments all night. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Their customer service was also really good – they actually replied to all my emails before and after I bought it, which is rare these days. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Definitely ordering from them again.

After they told me they needed 3 additional weeks to make my dress, when I complained they cancelled it without my approval. Then they said I could reorder it with a discount code only to find out later that it would become non refundable if I did that. The dress looks nothing like it does on the website and is poorly made.

Your made-to-order order was cancelled following your request via SMS, in line with our cancellation policy at checkout, and store credit was issued accordingly.
Following this, you later requested to proceed with the same design. As cancelled orders cannot be reinstated once processed, a one-time goodwill discount was provided to allow you to place a replacement order at no additional cost.
The replacement order was completed and shipped after passing standard quality control checks. As stated at checkout, made-to-order items are final sale due to their custom production process.
After delivery, a return request was submitted. At that stage, no specific defect details or supporting images were provided through our support channels.
We remain committed to transparent communication, consistent quality, and honoring the policies agreed at the time of purchase.

False advertisement, not as depicted
As demonstrated in prior reviews, the quality and detailing of a dress I recently purchased is not at all as depicted on their website. I would not advise anyone to purchase from this store. As also mentioned, their final sale policy is ludicrous, given the frequent false advertisement. I hope to be completely refunded for a dress that was meant to be a worn on one of the most important days of my life.
