J & F Drainage  Bewertungen

Scott from the Swansea office attended to my home to unblock a sewage drain. He was professional and even text to tell me he was son his way. On arrival he was polite and courteous and knew his job inside out. He cleated the drain and gave me some excellent advice on maintenance. I will be recommending the company to my friends and family. The price is as advertised a honest company 5 stars to them *****

Excellent service drain was sorted quickly and efficiently. Very happy.

Excellent work - replacing our sewer pipe. The team, led by Scott, worked very hard over the 3 days and were professional, friendly and approachable. They did a great job and their original call out (to unblock the drain and use CCTV was £50 in total with no hidden costs!!!).

We're very happy with the work they've done and would book them again in the future!

Over the years we’ve had 3 other large companies try to sort out our drainage problem. J & F Drainage were brilliant. Scott was incredible. The system proved to be quite complicated but he stuck at it & eventually got to the bottom of the problem by removing an old bottle that had been wedged in the system 15 meters from the drain cover! 5 STARS PLUS for Scott & J&F Drainage

Amazing service at a great price. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, sorted toilet problem within 20mins. Kept informed of arrival time and arrived at the time arranged. Great service, will use again definitely.

Drain was Blocked, googled drain unblocking and these guys answered at 7pm on a sunday night. Just over a hour later, guy turned up and sorted the problem couldnt have been easy as it was all under the our decking, but just got it done. Professional, cracking fella and couldnt do enough for me to make it rights. Im so happy with the service! Thankyou guys so much, esp on a Sun eve!

Scott has just completed work for me. Highly efficient, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Should I need to, I shall definitely use J F Drainage again (hopefully with Scott).

Absolutely great company, had a worrying situation arise with my drainage due to builders, so I messaged J&F Drainage and within hours someone turned up. They asked a couple of questions then got stuck straight in. They charged me exactly what they advertised online, with 1 simple easy card payment. Would definitely use again and again. Thank you I may now get a good nights sleep tonight instead of worrying about the potential damage I was left with from clown builders.

Great service all round. Was able to come the following day, unblocked our drain and showed me where and what the problem was. Scott has amazing customer service. Amazing value for money and would highly recommend

Extremely good service. Helpful over the phone. No hidden costs, it really is £60 all in for a simple fix.
GO TO THESE GUYS FIRST, saved me paying triple the price for ANY other local drainage company.
Would recommend and use again

Fantastic service. Carl came out and cleared the blockage, identified the problems with the camera and we have a plan in case it blocks again.

I would not hesitate to recommend.

I live in the South Lakes so was a bit sceptical on dealing with a company headquartered in Blackpool as I thought maybe they would subcontract the work to someone more local. This this is not the case. They came from Blackpool, arrived at the appointed time, were friendly and very helpful. Best of all they charged £50 +vat exactly as they advertise. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from JF Drainage they called within a day of us reporting the problem and kept us informed of the time that they would be here
The engineer was polite, helpful and patient and he did not leave until we were completely satisfied, which we were
Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with the drainage system
The price for this kind of service cannot be bettered and we know, having paid a lot more previously.
Five star treatment from JF Drainage

2 hours after our phonecall their team arrived to unblock an outside drain, which also stopped groundwater from the garden to flush into the town's main sewers system, during this January rainfall.
NO hidden charges -fixed price ! Great team, with all the necessary tools, as cameras, pressure-washer and experience ! Don NOT hesitate to call them on 01253- 495050.(Greater Blackpool to Preston area)

Brilliant work done by Scott in Swansea office. It really is only £50! Polite, immediate & efficient service. There are many other great reviews on google too - definitely call this company out

We had a blocked drain that we had been trying for over a week to sort out, within ten mins jf drainage had it sorted out. They were half the price of other companies which was originally a deciding factor for us but in all honesty they were excellent. The lads that unblocked the drain were friendly and professional and if I ever have a drainage issue they’d be my first port of call.

Excellent service. Quick and efficient no hidden charges. Know what they are doing. Thank you I would highly reccomend the Swansea team

We'd like to place our thanks on record to J&F Drainage for the outstanding level of service and quality of work that he recently completed for us. Without doubt, the best service we've ever received from a tradesman and will be recommending J&F Drainage to all our family and friends should they need any drainage work carrying out.
