Mike Simpson was very informative and friendly. Mike did a thorough check around the property to assess entry points and pointed a couple potential entries.

I was extremely stressed after being given different advice, and I ended up spending the whole night removing plastics, electrics, batteries, creams, and more. It was overwhelming, and I was really anxious—especially being told a full treatment might not go ahead in my studio flat.
However, George was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and Andrea was also very supportive.
When Philip arrived, everything changed. He was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and reassuring. He answered all my questions and instantly put me at ease—my stress and anxiety completely disappeared. He has such a bubbly, positive personality and was so easy to talk to, it felt like I’d known him for ages.
I can’t recommend Philip enough—100%.

I found their website online relating to bee removals, as I had some tree bumblebees under my patio storage unit. I called the number on their website, spoke with a helpful member of their team, and booked a visit for the following day. The next morning Kieron visited my home, helped me move the furniture out of the unit, and professionally removed a small starting hive from my garden. I was happy and impressed with the service; I would use them again and I recommend their services. Many thanks.
