Great product, easy ordering

My JimmyJane Solis Rabbit warming function went out and I have reached out for help and assistance more than three or four times. I only heard back from them once, to say they would ship out a replacement and I have not heard back from them anymore. I have reached out to check on the status and nothing, in addition, their phone number never works or goes through.

Customer Disservice.

I made a purchase and the item is not working. I tried calling and got message that no one is available to take my call and would return in 2 business days. So i emailed them (3/9) and explained situation and have reached out again since then with no response. Customer Service is KEY and if I am going to spend this much money on a product i expect them to stand behind it all the way. No excuse for not responding. I have a strong communication daily with my clients. I have asked for my money back as i do not care to even do business with them at this point.

All 3 vibrators I ordered from here broke within a week. Worked well and were nice while they were usable. Poorly made though, I can see the adhesive on the outside in places where I expect the product would break were I able to use it more.

I had one of these from 12 years ago that just gave out a few months ago, although was still working just not as well. This thing is extraordinary noisy, skips from one mode to another, and is smaller than previous. Very poorly made for such an expensive device that previously was really quality and I wonder if it is broken?

This has been my favorite most toy for well over ten years. I needed to replace because it just wasn’t holding its charge very well anymore.

This is the best item at Jimmy Jane! The 25 speeds makes it extremely fast and works every time! I love that it can be used in the shower.

My toy came with a dead battery, and it won't charge. It turns on for 3 seconds, then shuts itself off. I never even got to use it! I registered the warranty. I have contacted Jimmyjane via phone, email and I filed a warranty claim, multiple times, and they refuse to reply to me at all. They are not BBB Accredited! I know why now. They are not doing proper business! I definitely feel scammed out of my hard-earned money. The toy that I purchased doesn't have any reviews listed on the product page. I find it very suspicious that "no one" has reviewed this product. There could be some review suppression going on here. They don't want consumers telling their bad experiences probably. Now I have to look into government agencies that cover fraud, since the company isn't responding.

I love this company. Long lasting products that pack a punch and really have blown me away. They ship fast and discreetly too, which is nice. I have purchased $1000’s of dollars of toys over the years and by far JimmyJane is my absolute favorite!

So sad that the Ascend 2 Vibrator is no longer available! Mine died recently and it was the best! I recently ordered the Focus Sonic Vibrator and it's OK, but I wish it had a slower vibration option. I wonder why every vibrator has to be so intense?! Slow and gentle can also win the race!

Very disappointed, the previous form 2 had way more power, this unit feels dysfunctional or broken, barely turns on. I have encouraged many people to buy this unit, as it has always been my #1. I haven't tried the other items I bought, I hope they also dont disappointment me as much as this, wish i could return this pointless product

Spent over $100 and the remote for the Diamos II doesnt work which really negatively affects the usability and experience of the product. This was my first purchase and not sure I would make another one.
