Having been Seat drivers for the past 15 years and due to Seat no longer trading in the area we looked at the Suzuki S Cross as a replacement for our Ateca. From meeting Phil for the first time to taking ownership of our new car was a walk in the park. I would highly recommend JJ motors to anyone who is looking a hassle free purchase.
My one little criticism is having had five brand new cars over the years they have always come with a full tank of petrol. This was driving on fumes when I received it and the young man who handed the car over forgot to show me where the fuel cap release was, which resulted in me very quickly thumbing through the owners manual at the fuel station much to the amusement of the other customers 😂

Beware used car Silver warranty which you pay handsomely for in the price of the car which, not worth the paper it is written on. Bought a used car via the Suzuki dealership (Renault Clio) .Paid as I found out latter over the value of the car as I had been given a Silver warranty for one year .Car developed a problem with the Drivers window not opening and closing. Contacted JJ motors and they assessed the car and said it needed a new window push switch and that they would order one. We returned on the planned date, while outside the dealership on 07 January 2024 we received a call only to be told that they were having a problem ordering the switch and that they would call us when it arrived. Nothing!! From January 07 2024 until March 29 no communication. I replaced the switch myself but the problem still remained so contacted the salesman Phil Lewis, who sold us the car and was told that he would look into the issue .Again nothing. We are now left with a driver’s side window that is not functioning correctly on a car which is under warranty .Customer service 0/10 The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

Went for a service last week and I have to say what a seamless experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially the 2 staff on reception. My car was done and dusted in the time they said. The courtesy car was great too. Really happy with the customer experience

Everything about the sales experience was really good. Steve the salesman I dealt with is very friendly and professional, explained everything about the process well, and when I picked the car up spent a good while going through the functions and features of it. The showroom is bright, clean and warm and there are complimentary hot and cold drinks for customers.

We used J&J Motors Nissan to obtain a Motability Nissan Qashqai. The support and customer service was excellent from beginning to end. We dealt with Andy who gave great advice and all the time necessary so that we understood the scheme and the car we were choosing. The process went smoothly and we were kept well-informed throughout. The car is great and we now have a reliable vehicle and great peace of mind. I would highly recommend them.

Bare minimum stars for bare minimum effort. £90 an hour labour, and a potential 3 week wait for a diagnosis on a car. They even got the model wrong on the invoice apparently my focus identifies as a fiesta now with a 16000 cc engine!? and this is a ford garage? They also left a mess in the front of the car and broke my latch for the bonnet... its now been towed to an actually competent garage where he's going to have to fix your damage as well, before he even gets into the bonnet.

I have seen several reviews about these bonnet locks being broken. Maybe if you actually hired real mechanics, this would not be an issue. They've been incompetent from the start and completely apathetic about the whole situation. I will never get a car repaired with them again and definitely won't be buying my next car from them.

No hard sell, just friendly efficient service. Even transferred my beloved ‘Penscynor Wildlife Park’ from my old vehicle to my new one so I wouldn’t lose it.
