Throughout the process of our house move Jason and his team were most helpful, polite and efficient.
We requested a packing service which was carried out the day before our move and we were really glad we did. Even with our “downsizing” the guys worked flat out from 11.00 in the morning until 8.00 at night carefully boxing up all our possessions.
Moving day went as well as we could have hoped and Jason’s calm and unflappable manner really helped take the stress out of the day for us.
Early in the day Jason alerted us to the possibility that not all of the items would fit in the two removal vans but “don’t worry - I will sort things out for you” and he did. An extra round trip of 25 miles saw Jason return with the extra items. Another long day for Jason’s three man team but two very happy customers. Thank you JJ Removals.

From the start, Jason was professional and extremely prompt in all dealings and responses and put my mind at ease. He beat all the other companies in reply times by a few days which was needed in my case.
On move day Jason and his team arrived early and packed the house in an hour (all contents boxed and wrapped already) and they were polite, professional and quick! My move was from Manchester to London and they were self sufficient and chatty and made the day really fun and relaxing. They looked after all our belongings well and did some additional items in the house before leaving.
I would HIGHLY recommend them and I’m completely independent - but this type of proactive enthusiasm really needs supporting and I hope this business grows in the years to come.

After reviewing quotes from multiple movers, we decided to employ the services of JJ removals Ltd. Jason and his team are highly professional and handled everything for us which took a lot of stress and worry out of the day.

Honestly, I was stressing about the required time we needed to be out (1pm) and how much time we would need and I should have listened to Jason, who estimated that we'd need to be out realistically from 3pm, as our seller wasn't even packed by the time we arrived with the first load!

The team that arrived to pack our house also helped negotiate with the seller that we could unload into the garage and go back for our other load without any loss of time to ourselves. They were careful, considerate and respectful treating our belongings more carefully that I had when packing.

If I ever need to move again, JJ removals Ltd will be my first call, I highly recommend their service.

Jason and his colleague made our move extremely easy and stress free. Jason himself is a lovely guy and very pleasant to have a chat with. Everything arrived as we had left it in the old place, no damage at all. Hard work on what was a hot day. Will recommend.

Jason was great from start to finish. He provided a very fair price for removals, packing service and boxes. He was always available if we had any questions and was extremely accommodating due to our move being delayed twice.

I would strongly recommend the packing service that Jason provides. It took so much stress out of our move (we have a 16month old toddler). Everything was neatly packed and secure. Our old house was quite small and we were worried about removing a sofa through the front door, Jason kindly removed the front door to help with this and saved us having to book a window fitter.

On moving day Jason was calm and organised and we moved into our new home. He even stayed later than scheduled to help us put up curtain rails in the bedrooms.

Jason and Khalid were very friendly and I would strongly recommend them!

I'm extremely surprised by the other reviews. We did not find this company at all professional. They told us they would need to arrive the night before to disassemble some of our items, which we agreed to, but then when they arrived they said they needed to do half the move because they wouldn't have enough time the next day. It was shocking, but we didn't feel we had any other choice and didn't want to be left stranded.

On the following day, they told us they wouldn't be re-assembling anything until the NEXT day. 3 days for a move they agreed to in 1 day! It turned out that, in total, they had only booked 1h45m for our 2 bedroom house move on the day we'd agreed.

They left, and once they left we noticed a TON of scratches on our furniture so decided we would do the re-assembly ourselves. One shelving unit is completed scratched top to bottom - multiple scratches on the walls - one of them put their hand through the material on the bottom of our couch. Zero items were wrapped during the move - not even the mattress.

They gave us a small discount (£50) for the trouble and the damages, but using these guys cost us a lot of time, stress and money. I don't usually write reviews, but was so disappointed with this company I feel it's important to note that this is not a professional moving company.

Brilliant service, from the start the communication was great and price agreed was the price paid. The 2 guys removed all of our items carefully and literally put the items in the room of our choice in the new house. Can not fault at all

Excellent removal company! Jason kept in touch throughout and was flexible with our ever changing ‘move in’ date. Helped with every stage of the move and was very punctual. It took a huge amount of stress from us. Highly recommend. Thank you 😊

Jason and his team went above and beyond to facilitate our house move. He was such a calming influence on the day and his team worked so hard.

They did all our packing and dismantled our furniture and put it back together including attaching to the walls to make it immediately safe for our young children.

Both Jason and his colleague were extremely lovely people, remaining calm and pleasant even when things were tricky, or we had more things than originally realised. They went above and beyond what was required. Would definetly use there service again!

With all the stress of moving JJRemovals didnt try to over charge us from the get go and the movers was outstanding. Non stop working very polite. Every time i offered to help i was told it was ok. When we got to our new house everything was put exactly where we wanted it to be. I was so happy with the service i didnt mind paying them a little extra to say thank you.
