Beautiful items! I have bought a few things from you in the past and they last so long ❤️

Fabric felt nice but that was the only positive. I ordered a bra and leggings set and used their size guide. The bra doesn't feels supportive and just fits weird. The leggings are long but seemed to fit elsewhere, until I started exercising and then they needed to be constantly pulled up. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Coat arrived and I had ordered to big a size got it returned and a smaller one sent out quickly ! Coat is beautiful so heavy and warm with great zips ! For opening when your sitting the pockets are softly lined and so cosy hood a great size and all lined so makes it cosy ! Would recommend 100 percent !

Really disappointed. Won’t ever order again. I placed my first order with Jluxe on 17th November, spending over £100. I was incorrectly charged for delivery but this was quickly rectified and I was refunded so I was happy with that. First impression was good.

6 days passed and I had had no update on shipping so I emailed on the 23rd and asked if it had been shipped yet as my ‘Shop’ app said ‘on the way - standard delivery’ but I had no tracking number. I received an email on the 25th (8 days after placing the order) saying my parcel would be shipped the following day - 26th November.
By 27th I had no further update so I emailed again asking if it had been shipped. I had no reply to my email but the following day (28th) I finally had the email to say it had been shipped and another email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered on the 30th. It was then showing as ‘in transit’ for 4 days before finally being delivered on the 2nd December, 15 days after I placed my order.

However, just to make things worse, one of the items I ordered was missing! I emailed on the 2nd to advise of the missing item and was told ‘leave it with me’. No apology, no nothing. Chased it today (4th December) after another 2 days of no response to be told ‘unfortunately we have now run out of stock of the socks, we are very sorry!” A refund was then processed for the socks. That doesn’t really help as I wanted the socks! I appreciate that it was Black Friday & orders were busy so I didn’t expect it to be sent straight away but I placed other orders with other companies on the same day with standard delivery, 2 of which were dispatched within 6 hours of me ordering & delivered within 2 days. So to have to wait 12 days for shipping alone is ridiculous.

So I spent £115, had to wait 15 days for delivery with no proper updates, had to chase everything myself and other than an apology at the end I only received one other apology and even that looked like a copy & paste email. The customer service wasn’t great at all and I’m just really annoyed at how much hard earned money I spent to treat myself to receive this service. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. It was my first order and will certainly be my last with Jluxe.

I’ve given 2* as the quality of the tracksuits I have received seems to be decent (although I haven’t worn them yet so time will tell) but the service was shocking.

Delivery came within 2days of ordering. The coat is amazing 😍 very comfortable, cosy and the fleece type lining to the hood and neck area is like wearing a scarf. I am a 12-14 in coats so usually go for a Large. I have just placed another order to try the Medium can't wait to wear this out and about.

I absolutely love my coat. I got the longline version in black and its so comfy and warm. Could have probably sized down but I'll know for next time.

Coat fits beautifully,lovely and warm and flattering fit. I did have to wait a few weeks for delivery but it wasn't too bad.

Excellent quality, great fit. The longer length of these jackets definitely set them apart from other brands.

Activewear leggings Lovely fabric, squat proof especially if your a bit curvier don’t roll down great quality

I just wanted to write a review on this brand as a taller larger girl with seriously weird sensitivities to clothing this brand is outstanding not only is it a amazing fit but also fantastic material and thought to the tracksuit design. I brought this and found this brand due to an influencer on Facebook, I thought it was a bit expensive at first however the material and fits also how the items wash up it’s worth every penny!! I’m so glad I did and I’ll be buying much more. Please bring out a sleeveless long gilet same as your long coat 😊 I need this x

Ordered sports bra according to sizing online but it was far too small. Had to pay to return and again for postage of the exchanged item. Bra still didn’t fit so returned and two weeks later have had an email accusing me of marking the item so they wont refund me. I obviously cannot prove it wasn’t there when I returned it. The Item was tried on once after a shower! They quote a ridiculously unachievable standard of hygiene rules which would basically preclude anyone from trying anything on. Never experienced this before and very unimpressed.

I ordered the wrap set and leggings over 3 weeks ago my order came after a week and my leggings where missing it took 2 weeks of messages to then be told the leggings where out of stock with no other alternatives other then a different type of leggings which in my eyes wasn't fair because I wanted the matching set which was frustrating they was in stock a few days before that email but I've chose a different pair of leggings just waiting to see if they have my size I won't be returning after this though after so many good reviews

Worst company to deal with, retured goods as too long(I'm 5'3?) No refund ,no communication. Totally ignored. Lost all my money. £37.39.
Have complained 4 times in writing to company. ???? Blanking me. Thought I'd try again cause this is shocking. Looked up company on trustpilot. They can be either really good or terrible . And of cause my reviews never appear on their site. Is Facebook blame and shame the only way to get a reply ??????

I love everything about jluxxe their attention to detail, their sizing, the product quality, their inclusivity. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I’ve now made a few purchases and everything has been perfect. Highly recommend to anyone as I regularly do the online and to friends and family too!

I bought the soft bamboo wrap, the contour vest and the double layer bra, all in both denim blue and mocha. I absolutely love them. I wanted to buy the leggings in both colours too, but they don’t have pockets and I know from experience that I’ll end up not wearing them as I need pockets when I’m at the gym. Make them with pockets then put me down for a pair in both colours!

Terrible service!

I placed an order on 29th June and didnt get an email confirming the order, it also never turned up!.. however I know the order went through as I set a payment plan up on Clearpay for it and it has went through and the first payment taken! This was the second order I have placed that I’ve had to contact about! The first one never arrived either and wasn’t posted out until I emailed! ALSO I tried to return one of the items in the first order as it was too small, I’ve just received the package back today saying that it wasn’t accepted by the retailer?! Having to constantly chase orders and the item I wanted to return for a refund has made its way back to me again!! Never again!! Lovely gym set but items far from cheap and not worth the hassle, especially when you don’t receive what you’ve paid for.

I recently purchased the FormLuxe Midnight V-Neck Sculpt Bra. As someone with wide shoulders and a 38FF I have been dubious about non underwired and overhead the sports bra. Very happy to be proved wrong. This is the most comfortable bra, holds perfectly, is buttery soft and looks incredible on. Customer service from J.Luxe has also been incredible throughout. 100% recommend. :-)
