We've just had 6 new windows installed by JMF Windows & Doors and we couldn't be happier with the service and end result. From start to finish the overall experience was extremely positive, starting from the initial visit and consultation to the installation. They really listened to what we wanted, but also provided their expert advice and guidance to ensure we would be happy with our new windows not just in the short term, but for years to come. Having so many new windows is not an insignificant investment but we felt very comfortable and assured due to how smooth and thoroughly planned the process was, and communication was very frequent and clear throughout. Ian and Darryl did a fantastic job installing the windows and clearly take great pride in their work, and also went over and above to minimize disruption and ensure everything was spotless at the end of each day. We're now left with fantastic looking windows which completely transforms the house. We would thoroughly recommend JMF Windows & Doors due to their level of knowledge, skill, and customer care/service, and we look forward to working with them again in the future when we replace our windows and doors at the back of the house!

From my first phone call to the project being completed, JMF Windows & Doors proved what a high-quality service they provide. We had a new front door and bedroom window fitted by them....everything was very straight-forward and we are thrilled with the work. Lauren in the office is brilliant (a great example of what 'customer service' really should look like) and Jake was very clear about what we were ordering. The fitters on the day were punctual, friendly and left no mess here whatsoever. I thoroughly recommend JMF Windows & Doors - a great service provided by professionals using quality products at realistic prices!

Just used JMF windows for the first time. Really good lines of communication demonstrating excellent product knowledge. Excellent advice. Absolutely no pressure to place an order. The process from placing an order to installation and aftercare was thorough.
Then, just when I thought that the whole experience was too good to be true, Ian and Daryl turned up to install our windows. What a team. So polite and they had so much respect for our home with carpet protection every where. Their attention to detail was so impressive - great job. They hoovered every where and removed every piece of rubbish.
So in short, great product and brilliant installation at a very competitive price. I cannot praise them highly enough - THANK YOU

Jake came and measured my blown windows. Explained fully that the windows would require toughened glass and give an idea of cost. Total price was sent, as promised, later in the afternoon. Once accepted an installation was suggested. Ian duly arrived and fitted the windows. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service all round.

As promised delivery of the windows and doors was 4 weeks from quotation. The engineers were polite, and really hardworking. Great representatives of the Company. Excellent experience
