Julius is very patient in explaining to his customers the technical terms and conditions , pitfalls and is an expert in facilitating the best possible product service that are on offer to tailor your needs.

He goes above and beyond his role as an advisor, through updates and sometimes out of hours call.

He even offered to show the Mortgage House assessor my flat whilst I was on holiday to ensure that we are within the timeframe of application process.

I felt that I could ask him, silly questions (mortgage related)that I feel I may not be ask with other advisor.

Wow, where to begin! Julius went above and beyond in assisting us obtain our first home. He's very thorough with his work, very efficient and proactive with communicating with his clients. He got us the best deal in the market. He made sure from the start that all the requirements a lender would require were met and submitted. And it all paid off, as upon the application was swiftly submitted - valuation was scheduled by the lender straightaway, then valuation and mortgage offer happened on the same day! And exactly 6 weeks from our offer being accepted by the seller, we completed and got our keys to our first home. Can't be thankful enough to Julius!
