Hi Polivas. We're glad you received exactly what you ordered: CV distribution to the recruiting agencies in Germany who are our long-term partners.

Regarding responses from agencies or job interviews, that is not up to us. We cannot force anyone to interview you or offer you a job. We are distribution service and as you pointed out, that is exactly what we executed for you.

***We do not process credit cards our ourselves. All our payments are done via Stripe (stripe.com).***

We're are sorry to hear your card was hijacked, but it was not from Job Nexus since we do not actually have your card information.

Your order, in October of last year, was for ***CV Editing*** which you received and you had a long correspondence 1x1 with our editing team to improve your CV. You personally approved of the final version and stated that it looks good.
