I would give these ZERO stars if I could as the site is complete junk! I have applied to about 3 jobs now that use this site and after creating an account, I cannot log in! Every time it prompts me for my email as my username of which, I provide. Then I input my password and it autofill's a completely different username. I created a case, and they just keep telling me to reset my password via my email address with the same results and no resolutions! All other sites use workday which is much easier to navigate!
Problematic data handling
1. As a job seeker you are unable to delete applications, communication and profile on the platform. They excuse themselves with compliance as a reason to keep old applications (even past 6 motnhs). I'm quite sure this is not in compliance with EU regulations.
2. the video interview system is the worst ive tried
3. the system kept sending me 2 copies of every message sent via the system.
I am actually considering not applying at companies using this platform in the future
Asked for PII: Date of Birth and SSN
Received a notice for an open project manager position in El Paso, TX. Read the description. Seemed like a good fit. Clicked on Apply Now. Jobvite asked many questions, including full name, date of birth, and social security number. Identity theft in all its bare nakedness. Does not seem like a real job board. Seems only an identity theft scam. I have already been contacted three times by scammers posing as recruiters to get my full PII. Jobvite is now the fourth. No real recruiter or job board is going to ask for date of birth or SSN. You enter these in an enterprise system with the company that hires you. You don't surrender PII until you are hired.
Absolutely no customer service
Absolutely no customer service. I spent three days reaching out for assistance on missing requirements for an interview and received nothing. Now it’s the due date, and a weekend, and I’ve likely missed out on the opportunity to continue the process. That is frustrating and absolutely unnecessary.

This system makes no sense. For the "Help me" portion, I have to wait on someone to reply back, it doesn't actually help you with anything. There's no notification on when the message comes through. I'm trying to do the "verify information page" and it says I'm missing information. I've filled it ALL out. It doesn't even indicate what's "wrong", it just says fill it out. I have technical issue with my virtual interview, six hours waiting after sending the ticket nobody reply, decided to call them on toll-free number, nobody picked the phone, decided to call Quebec number with French and it was invalid number.
Horrible navigation
Horrible navigation. Cannot sign documents and upload. Every document is a pdf and to "go back" you have to X out of the document and re-log in. The documents have a review and sign button but the tasks never disappear or are confirmed as complete.
Jobvite will underwhelm you every day you struggle with it
Having used several ATS' for the last 20 years, I rank Jobvite exceedingly poor. Several examples; 1. Given that it is requisition centric, every time a candidate applies, it becomes a new file. Candidate notes from one requisition's conversation DO NOT flow into a common area. 2. You cannot sort effectively on a person's current job title. 3. Poor Boolean search tool. 4. No way to eliminate duplicates from the search results. 5. Jobvite is usually a very slow system. 6. Inadequate reporting tools. 7. Customer service makes lots of promises and very rarely does anything to solve issues. 8. Impossible to parse multiple resumes with Hire. 9. Most expensive (even for their lowest level) I have ever used; and least productive
As a recruiter, I am called upon to find the right people in an efficient fashion; Jobvite hinders this greatly.
I have been on several technical calls; calls where we put up a requisition as an example. Each time I have been severely underwhelmed at their ability to see the issue or help remedy.
I would not recommend Jobvite to any company that needs to be able to search candidates. Jobvite will really only work for those companies that will only need to see a resume the first time it comes in; if you need to search those that have applied in the past, you will not be happy.
Very Easy To use
Jobvite made my interview process very easy. I was able to quickly view the necessary information for my interviewee.
Excellent ATS!
I have used Jobvite for the past three years. Jobvite has gone above and beyond our expectations! As an ATS administrator at my company, I've worked with numerous systems and I'd recommend Jobvite over all of them. It allows us to provide the best experience for our candidates using Jobvite's workflow steps and communication capabilities. The reporting features have allowed us to continue to grow and provide feedback to our team. Jobvite has taken suggestions/wants/needs and turned them into product features.
User Friendly ATS
Overall Jobvite is a pretty user-friendly applicant tracking system. It takes minimal training with hiring managers and definitely helps keep the recruitment process organized. Integrates with our company website seemlessly and makes broadcasting openings very easy witht he social media connecting tools.
Some of the areas needing improvement:
Like many ATS softwares, it's only as good as the usage of the system. It definitely leaves some things to be desired in getting less-tech savvy managers to use the system.
Also, I wish that when you posted a position, the software would pull candidates that are in your candidate job bank that may be well qualified for the position or have applied for similar positions in the past. It's great to have 10,000+ resumes, but it'd be nice if they were recalled for similiar positions.
It would be nice if the system would send "follow up" reminders to be sure that you close the loop with the candidates that you have interviewed,but decided not to move forward with. It would also be nice if the scheduling system would integrate with google or outlook calendars so that hiring managers could easily schedule without bouncing between the website and our own calendaring system.
Overall, it's one of the better ATS systems I've used, but there's still room for improvement.

I have also had a few timing issues with customer support. I had an urgent request (needed for legal reasons) for information within 24 hours. This was in March, never received the requested information. I had to chase them for days and weeks. It was not ideal.
Jobvite 10/10 HR System
PROS
- Jobvite publisher - able to distribute jobs to your employees social media pages
- Integration friendly - Especially with HRIS systems (i.e. Workday)
- Many canned integrations
- Top notch fast customer service responses
- Customization - you pick what fields you want
Reporting - every field is reportable and since the software is so customizable you pick what is reportable
CONS
None - You would be hard pressed to find an ATS system that has more functionality than Jobvite does. If Jobvite doesn't currently have an offering it is working on it. The newly released product roadmap has many offerings on it that was on my wish list.

Jobvite was an innovative company when they first started out, but they haven't innovated their product much since then. Their product lacks mobile features, in depth reporting, and a modernized UI.
However the product is better than a Taleo, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, or Kenexa type product.
Saved My Life!
Jobvite has given us a leg up on recruiting by allowing hiring managers and other employees to do some of the recruiting for us. This is the most user-friendly ATS I have ever used, with features consistently being rolled out. We are able to get the whole company involved in recruiting and marketing efforts, which creates an excitement and buzz around bringing new folks into the organization. There are so many self-serving features so Recruiters aren't required to consistently bottle feed each part of the process to the Hiring Managers and interview panel.
User Friendly!
In my opinion, Jobvite is the best applicant tracking system out there! Jobvite is modern, user friendly and candidate focused. I would definitely recommend it to other companies.
Intuitive and simple software, although there are some dangerous bugs
There is a lot of excellent features, especially the scheduler and publisher, but they still have a long way before being perfectly matched to international users.
