Although I.have the Still Life Pack for a very period of time and haven't went through it in depth, I agree that the content seems very interesting and complete, plus substantial additional bonuses included. But what I like to comment about has to do with customers services. The team has offered me a very detailed and personalized service. I actually think that they treat their customers as individuals with problems and needs, not just sales numbers and percentages. Congrats for that.

I bought a brush set from JoelGrimes.com and I'm very happy with it both from a value point of view and from it being easy to install on to Photoshop and to use once it's installed. I'm very excited to use the snow brushes in particular on future projects! I had a small issue with another purchase and contacted customer services who responded immediately and sorted the issue with no fuss at all. Very satisfied customer!

jee wizz, what fantastic value when you think of what it must have taken to produce such courses it's going to take a long time to get through because there is that much information. i grabbed these courses on offer, maybe you will to before they go back to full price then you would have lost out.

First I only bought one part of a masterclass. When I had seen it I was so convinced that I wanted to have the other parts as well. I only can advise the way of teaching and demonstrating. Even if you are an `advanced´ learner you come to know new things!

Friendly and efficient customer service by Chris and a speedy response to my enquiry made my request seamless.

Chris was very helpful in clearing the fog in my mind and help me install the brushes in my Elements software.

For whatever reason, the download of Joel Grimes' lighting book did not want to respond to my download command. I've had the same email address for a number of years, and my password, though not unique, wasn't that odd to me for use. After a number of attempts I noticed a small error on screen of my email, and I attempted again, and again without success.
Ah-ha! The "contact us" if there are problems button!
I entered my issue, and received a prompt reply (thank you, Chris!), and, although noting that no problem had been found it was suggested I try again. Success! I blame it on aging fat fingers that caused the issue, but perhaps a small touch of technical magic that helped solve the problem. At any rate, problem solved, book downloaded and thanks extended for the prompt response to my issue.

They quickly responded to my e-mail about combining my two accounts.

The communication was quick and efficient by sorting out the issue I faced. the package was delayed to be uploaded into my account and by a simple message, the issue was sorted out; it turned out to be my mistake my including a wrong email address.

I had a little problem with the download, sent them a message and they quickly fixed the link. Thank you! BTW: Love my first video, learned a lot and that is something for someone that has been working with Photoshop since version one. :-)

A+ Customer Service. There was a little Hiccup with my Account. I think it was my fault.
I misplaced my Password and when i changed it
my account got lost.All my Video's were gone .
So i Emailed Support On 4 Of July and they responded
right away and corrected everything all my Videos are back! That's how Professionals take care of Business!
I really appreciate Chris and everybody that was involved. I love Joel's Videos, They are so inspiring.

Prompt response and quick resolution of my query

I live in the UK and was having an issue downloading a file. I emailed and received a very fast email response from Chris, bearing the time difference. The instructions were very clear and I was able to download the file without any further problems. I feel comfortable knowing that If I have any issues in the future, I can email Support without difficulty.

Had some technical troubles and sent a message and was contacted the same day and Chris helped me get everything fixed up! Super fast and great customer service!!! Thank you!!!
