I cannot give zero stars.
I ordered an Adult size(14+) of shin pad sleeves and received a smaller size. I have been on contact with customer service for days because they didn't want to replace them with a larger size at their cost. They assured me that a larger size will be send if I'll pay the shipping fee. At then end, after changing few emails, I agreed and paid the fee, and guess what: JOGA sent an exactly same size Now I have 2 pairs and I can't use them. They're small even for my 12 years old son.
Don't trust these company...worst experience ever.
Bought shin pad sleeves from Flair and they are PERFECT!

Immature customer service
When I reached out because there was a delay with my order I was really unimpressed with the customer service response. Really not a fan of slang when purchasing items, felt like I was dealing with a teenager instead of a professional. Appreciate the target audience are children but those purchasing the items are adults.
Also agree with other reviews that the shinpads are unsafe. Barely cover the shin and no side protection at all. Flimsy. Really really disappointing purchase.

Took forever to arrive, and when it did arrive the shinpads aren’t usable. Far far too small for something designed to keep your shin safe. I should have researched them more in depth before ordering

Joga grip socks and shin pads are awesome! We purchased some for our 12 year-old, over Christmas break. He loves them so much, he literally begged me to buy him more so he’s never training without them!

Ordered these despite a bit of a delay with the courier Johan kept me updated at all times. A great service and item. Though they were too small the staff been excellent on helping me get sorted.

Still waiting for my items
Still waiting for my items after nearly a month. Claimed initial parcel went missing. Numerous messages sent with the same reply that it has been reordered. Still nothing deliveries. Absolutely shocking!!! I know people who have these shin pads and they seem good, but trust me when I say ignore the promotions they offer and order from Amazon or a similar seller.

My daughter loves her new shin pads!
I ordered a pair of shin pads for my little girl. We have been looking for some new ones for a while. (She is really fussy) We came across these and ordered a small. Unfortunately, although they fit the protection was too small for my daughter. She likes larger shin pads. I got in touch with them to exchange and they sent me the larger size free of charge.
My daughter wore them to her new JPL training last night and she loves them! They fit perfectly! Thank you so much!
