I ordered a pair of shorts from this site. They arrived and did not fit. I requested a return and mailed them back. It has now been 4 months. I have no received a refund. I've emailed them multiple times and get the same generic email back. Their website also no longer exists. They have also turned off their comments on their instagram. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Looks like we all got scammed. Congrats to those who did get there products though. While they immediately took my $189. It has been since March that they are "looking into it" as the email reads, nonetheles, every time I reach out through email, I get the same reply like it's been generated. These hackers and scammers are smarter and smarter every incident. Just as easily as they took our money.I hope they lose it and are severely and harshly punished. This is a hard lesson learned in the world of online shopping.Make sure you check your sources and read the reviews , before you put your money up.

Pay attention! Payed 85€ for a purse… never got it! Wrote several mails… no answer! Fake shop or fraud!!

This is a fraudulent website! I ordered in March 2026, Took my money right away! product was not shipped at all!! when tried to reach, automated emails, now the site does not even exist anymore!!!

Do not order from this website. The items on the website are not what you will receive. I ordered a pair of boots from them and when I received them, they looked nothing like the picture on the website. Cheap, they came folded up wrinkle, a different color and a different boot. It took them a month to ship and once I received that's what I got. The customer service is horrible they send the same auto reply email and never follow back up. I submitted for a return, and they never sent a return label for me to return the boots never followed back up. I sent several emails and the same thing. I just went back to the website and now it's GONE!! They are a SCAM!!!

This should 0 rating! I ordered 4 items 3/13/26; received 3 items; the 4th item, white shoes still not received as of 5/11/26—and no reply to my various emails for status. Then, I placed another order on 3/16/26; have not received as of 5/11/26; have sent several emails, with no reply! I will contact my bank! This company should not be allowed to sell within the USA!

I Ordered FUR RIOT CLUTCH a month ago, they took money immediately, I have been reaching out to cancel my order only to receive the same automated email. I have requested refund, etc. Terrible customer service! Do not order from them.

I never received my merchandise! I sent several emails. They would send a standard email, saying that customer service would respond. No replies from them. Then I asked for a refund, no reply. I had to get my bank involved

The products are okay but I ordered the wrong size and they didn't came back to me regarding further instructions of my retoure.
I've been asking several times for help but they didn't. So,no chance for me to sort things out and to get my money back.
I am very disappointed....

Ordered 2 items on April 5,2026..no confirmation/ no items were ever delivered as of April 27th, no confirmation email about my order was ever sent, when I contacted " customer service" via email, got the same automated message Everytime about my order, BUT they took my money immediately! Customer service number is a personal cell. I paid a lot for the boots and they aren’t good quality -looks like I’ll sell them on fb market place. Do not shop here-it’s a scam

Fake company with fake products. Bought a crocodile bag on 9th April. I paid for expedited delivery. I received my order number, but that was the last communication from them. No updates. No responses to email or DMs on Insta. Save your money and go to trusted stores on etsy instead.

I've seen Johanna Pearl's clothing advertised on Instagram. I ordered their Alibi Cami one month ago in the hopes of getting my order for a trip in May.

The first red flag was that I didn't receive a tracking number after a week of ordering. I received an order number right away and was charged for the order.

I emailed customer service asking for any update on my order. They responded promptly, informing me that there was a delay in production, but my order should ship within 7 days.

I waited before emailing again, but all I got was an automated reply:

"Thank you for reaching out. We have received your message and are working on a resolution.

We have your order reference XXXXX on file and are looking into this now.

We will follow up with you shortly.

Johanna Pearl Customer Care"

I waited another few days and reached out again when I never received my order or shipment numbers or updates.

I've tried to email the support team again on multiple occasions but have only received the automated reply in response since.

I tried to use the tracking order feature on the Johanna Pearl website, but the order status is stuck at "ordered" and "these items have not yet shipped."

I am frustrated, but mostly disappointed with my experience. I was really looking forward to this garment, but I've accepted that I probably will never receive it and will not get a refund since the time has passed.
