They resized and engraved at no extra charge and were helpful and attentive throughout our whole email exchange. As someone is self employed myself I know how important customer service is and these guys nailed it. Very impressed.

I cannot praise Johnson Jewellers and their incredible team highly enough! Every time you visit, you are greeted with such genuine warmth and made to feel so welcome. There is a wonderful personal touch to the service here that really makes the whole experience feel special.
Their newly refurbished store is absolutely astonishing — beautifully designed, elegant and luxurious, while still keeping that warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Johnson Jewellers so unique.
A very special mention must go to their Manager, Toni, who provided me with the most beautiful service and went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Toni’s professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were truly outstanding.
I also want to give huge praise to Charlotte, Nikki, Huda and, of course, Mr Johnson! What an amazing team of people. Every single one of them is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making you feel valued.

Great online buying experience!
I recently purchased a necklace online from Johnsons Jewellers and cannot fault the service.
The item was despatched straight away and I was kept updated with emails, I also received two phone calls from the shop - to let me know about delivery schedule and to check in with me when the first delivery failed (my fault as I wasn’t home on time to take delivery). The necklace came really nicely packaged and I appreciated the complimentary cleaning cloth included.
I buy online quite a lot and you normally just don’t get this level of personal service.
I would definitely buy from Johnsons again and highly recommend them!

Fantastic service as usual at Johnsons
I ordered a ring for my wife whilst in for a watch repair and have to say the experience was superb. The staff took the time to answer all my questions and help carefully select the most appropriate ring. It was not in stock so I had to wait, but it arrived sooner than expected. I was served by Alex when my wife and I returned to collect and I have to say how friendly and professional he was, making us feel really welcome and taking the care to help answer any questions, a real credit to the family business. I have been shopping with Johnsons for many years and will not go anywhere else.

I bought a watch online, I called in advance to make sure of delivery next day and was told it would be with me following morning. Unfortunately an issue with UPS not collecting from Johnsons meant it would be a day late. Now i think you can always tell more about a company when things go wrong, and this is where Johnsons have shon. Rather than just leaving me sat wondering where my delivery was as most companies do, they actually bothered to call me to explain so I wasnt sitting in all day, little things like this matter, issue was out of their control but did upmost to minimise impact on me the customer. Then by way of a further apology (that wasnt necessary), they left me a voicemail to tell me they were sending a free watch roll. Its arrived and its a very expensive high quality one too, and greatly appreciated. The watch is outstanding too. They will now 100% be my first choice jewellers in future down to this. Well done !
