August Club is a 100% family-run business dedicated to producing premium THCa products. We grow a portion of our flower menu in-house at our indoor facility in Flagstaff, Arizona. But we’re not in this alone. August is part of a guild of like-minded, independent THCa farmers who share our obsession with quality and our belief that this plant deserves respect. Some strains on our menu come from partner farms we’ve worked with for years—people we know personally, who are just as meticulous and purpose-driven as we are. Ordered 2 ounces and instead got 1
Ordered 2 ounces and instead got 2 bags, 1/2 ounce each (HALF WHAT I PAID FOR), this place is WAY overpriced and scammy, stay away.
They put in another order free for the missing item, when I mentioned probably not ordering there again, they acted hateful, "I will also remove you from our mailing list & rewards program.." Threatening to remove my account, my rewards points and my mailing list membership...
I didn't realize 5 year olds could own business's in Arizona.
Do yourself a favor, and stay clear of this company unless you want infantile support like that, & to get 1/2 of what you ordered.
The best part is, they screwed themselves, since they didn't ship what I ordered, guess what companies products are NOT going to the Cannabis convention w me at all now???? THEIRS

Our work is very personal to us and your continued attempts to disparage us across multiple platforms only reinforce that we made the right decision. To clarify, we issued you a full refund and allowed you to keep the products you received. We only asked that you not shop with us in the future due to your blatant and unwarranted disrespect.
As a small, family-owned business, we treat every customer with kindness and do our absolute best to rectify any wrongs— BUT we don't have the luxury of outsourcing unwarranted harassment to front-line customer reps like a large corporation. Too much of our family's sense of purpose is derived from making our customers happy. Unfortunately, that means we cannot allow customers like you to deplete our energy and take away from that purpose.
It is clear as day, that you use aggressive language and disrespect to bully companies into giving you more than you paid for. I'm sorry if we hurt your ego and cut you off before you could take more from us. -Janet August
