Multiple charges to my card, I can’t even tell you what they were for. It’s hard to get in contact with customer service, they don’t respond until the next day. I’ve cancelled my membership and my card still gets charged daily. I would not recommend this app, it’ll just stress you out even more. Avoid this app.

Terrible experience unable to talk to anybody they wouldn’t respond wasn’t upfront that I couldn’t make biweekly payments on the account. They say it’s not a secured credit card, but they want the entire payment all in full complete bullshit I would never have signed up for it and then had to pay for it on top of that

I love the credit building part and all .
The only thing I hate about, is the fizz card is unreliable . Tried using it twice and it always gets declined . If you have an available credit it should always go thru .

I have been requesting a refund for weeks and Fizz has not resolved my issue. The platform did not help me as promised, and instead of supporting me, they have ignored my repeated refund requests. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel scammed. I do not recommend Fizz.

I’ve been using it only for a couple weeks, and it’s already been a game changer! I personally had low credit because of things a few years ago and it has helped me bounce back from that! The autopay and the ability to earn points at certain stores is amazing. It also helps you learn about all things financial and how to start a budget. I highly recommend this to everyone!

pretty good supports just takes very long in the card freezes alot it froze while i was trying to buy groceries

At first, there was a technical difficulty that had shocked me financially. But, the costumer service had went above and beyond to help me out. I didn't respond too early and they still showed up and helped. That’s incredible. Fizz is helping people finacially and emotionally out here! 🙇

It's helping me build my credit without going into Debt

It was a nice card for the time being and the people are fast to help however don’t plan on ever having an emergency or loosing a job. They do NOT do credit transfers and won’t let you slowly pay it off. I was always good abt paying it off on time till I lost a job and all the payments hit at once making the “daily payment” over a 1k. And as I said before I had to pay it all upfront. I missed the payments twice and my credit score went from a 720 to now a 615 basically they trapped me into my debt and didn’t give me any help to get out, no transfers, no paying it off in increments ( like normal card ) I finally paid it off and will never use this card again.

The employees who work here are always trying their best to help you and the fizz card itself is amazing, my favorite card by far. Highly recommend. The staff are also very quick to answer.

Fizz may be a good product to help build credit, but they have fees, and they should let their fees be upfront before you start the application process. I had to upload my ID before and after it was approved; then, out of nowhere, they were talking about the fees. They have told me about these fees upfront at the beginning of the application, not after. I’ve been OK with that, but how they do it at the end is ridiculous after you do all that stuff application questions. Then I had to email them to disconnect my bank account from their app system. They ask you to connect your bank account to the app to get approved or to get the benefits, so after I cancel with them, I have to contact them. Then their system would not allow me to cancel the connection from my bank account. I had to send them several messages to disconnect the link to my checking bank account. They said they closed my account but they kept the connection to my checking account still open, actively. Ask strongly, recommend consumers look somewhere else for or to help build your credit. Just google up credit help or how to build your credit products.

I was able to get a 700 credit score starting from NO CREDIT! No fees, no hassle, 10/10 would recommend!

That fact it’s actually helping my credit score go up! I thought it would take a while but nope, I’ve gone up like 10 points from basically just having this card.
I try and recommend it to any of my friends that I think are not a credit card person but some people apparently have to learn the hard way.

I had delt with some potential fraud and my account and Paulo was amazing in getting back to me quickly, evaluating all the material I gave him, and generally being super responsive and informative on my case. They were able to disput the charges and reimburse my account as well as sending me a new card. All in all, I had a great experience with Paulo and the team.

Using the card is really simple and easy I haven’t had any issues so far after about a year

My credit score has gone up. I like using this so much more than my Bank of America app.

Paulo was great and was patient with helping get my finances sorted out. I really appreciate him and his quick responses to me.
