I think the product works well and I hit my goal weight after only being on it 9 mths.
Only complaint I have is twice I have asked for medical advice from the DR connected thru Join Josie and both times my question has been ignored. I understand you can't give me a diagnosis of any kind but a question about your own product? I expect an answer.
Besides that I highly recommend and am happy with your product.

I’ve been with Josie for over a year, reached my weight goal with the GLP-1 and now maintaining doing microdose, and decided to go with them for HRT. I liked how Join Josie tailored my plan for what I was going through as a woman over 40. Customer service has been responsive over the course of the year. I’m a simple customer but anytime I had a question it got answered. Other than that, it’s been a very simple HRT and GLP-1 telehealth provider to work with.

I chose Join Josie because I liked that they were specific to women and perimenopause and menopause. Getting started was really quick and simple, and I was approved for medication by a provider within a day of submitting my intake information. My medication was shipped quickly and came packaged discreetly from the pharmacy. I really appreciate that Join Josie doesn't auto-bill you. When you're ready for a refill, you fill out the form, and they process it. There's no pressure to re-order until you're ready. It's also really easy to correspond with the team regarding medication increases and questions. So far, my experience has truly been seamless with Josie.

Dont bother with this glp1 telehealth company there is absolutely no customer service unless you want to talk about your bill. If you need to talk to medical personnel they are nonexistent. If you call they say busy with other customers leave a number. Never recived a call back. Even messaged in the message board. No return message. Please stay far away.
