I received my product..no problem...first month adjustment..no weight loss...second month..still no weight loss. Contacted company..took several weeks to get a reply...basically said...body was adjusting...keep trying. Third month lost a few pounds so order next month's supply. No weight loss...now there's not even food suppression. Again contacted care team who said i needed to contact customer service who then they told me to contact my care team...round and round in circles. In the meantime time they tell me I can reorder...for an extra 100.00. Telling me im no longer eligible for the reduced amount...I feel like they are just scamming people and not a reputable company

So far so good. I haven’t started my treatment yet, since i just recieved it today and in a very timely matter i might say! I am impressed so far. I was hesitant at first, trying semiglutide, wondering if it really works. I jumped on board and got the 3 month prescription. The needle doesn’t hurt, it’s a small needle. I inject it into my stomach (but not the same place every week). So far since I started in March, I’ve lost 15 pounds as of today (April 24, 2026j.
The delivery of the product is excellent. They put it in a styrofoam box, with ice bags to keep the medication cold. They also supply the needles and alcohol pads. I can’t say anything bad about this company.
