They were there when I needed them
They asked me questions about my health, responded in a timely manner and were able to talk to me when I had any sort of question. The medication got to me on time every time too. Frank Burton also was very nice and helped with exactly what I needed.

My prescription had been mishandled by UPS, which has been devastating, since I was already on the medication, and was in need of my tirzepatide. I immediately got ahold of UPS and told them it had never been delivered, even though I was emailed that it had been. I was told I would receive a follow up phone call within 24 hours to find out whether the prescription had arrived, I never saw the prescription and I never got the follow up phone call with the UPS. I fell through the cracks. I immediately called sprout Customer Service, and they not only handled it with five star professionalism, they had empathy for the experience I was going through. I was told that everything would be corrected as soon as possible and that I was a priority. And those weren't just words, I really became a priority and I have my tracking number for UPS.😬, we're going to try this again! Thank you sprout you have been absolutely amazing and I have nothing but positive affirmations to say about your team, thank you for understanding , and most importantly, this was never your blunder, and yet you took charge to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you for bringing back " True Customer Service!"🥰

I had a small billing problem and one of their customer service reps, Frank, was able to help me with my request.
