Occasional issues with payout
My latest withdrawal has taken almost a month with lots of emails to the support team and phone calls to the bank. The support team have consistently answered emails and have ultimately sorted out payment. It has been a frustrating slog to get this payment…so much that I’ve closed my account…it’s not fun when you have to fight to get your money. However to be fair, ultimately they did sort it out and I have received the money.
