Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Over-familiar and Lacking in Comprehension
I asked if the shop took cash ? As I was bringing 7 puppies in shortly for injections and microchips. The short , dark haired assistant ( didnt catch her name ) She said puppies don't mind if it's cash , card or cheque . She precluded this by saying I don't mean to be rude !!. She was obviously lacking in intelligence when I said the Company!!! may not accept cash as lots of companies are now doing card only . She needs training in customer service and etiquette. I still came away not trusting what she said true or correct .
