What ever you do do not use this so called company the goods they advertise are not what they state they are just cheap rubbish from China.when you contact them to return the item they state you have to pay to return it to China at your own expense and risk. So be warned.

Do not order from here! Is totally a scam! Waited 4 weeks for order to be arrived from China! Although it stated at the website is from London ! and the quality is very poor, customer service is very bad, up to £100 postage at your own risk if you want to return your order! £95 is in the bin ! Do not order!

SCAM COMPANY!! I ordered 3 dresses and a blouse described as cotton linen mix when garments actually arrived with no invoice in packaging they were of sub standard cheap man made material. They were also the wrong size. They offered to change for another size free if I paid another £24.95 to cover shipping costs! They advertise that they have an outlet in London very fancy photos when in actual fact there is no such thing! Same as all other reports here they suggest gifting items to a friend… as if! This they said would also save on CO2 emissions! DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!!

I bought a bag that is listed as leather on their site, it is not. It is a cheap plastic bag, not premium leather as stated. I have had countless emails with customer services requesting they pay for the return, as item is not as described online. No luck. Do not but from Jones of china!

Ordered blouse of high quality cotton & linen.
Received rather misshapen cheap blouse of polyester.
They refuse to refund unless I return item to China at my cost and on the understanding that it is not lost en route which would be my responsibility.

This is a complete scam company, they are very dangerous. I decided not to go ahead with my purchase, as realised the company was not related to the UK famous company. I did not finalise the sale there is no sale confirmation receipt. However the company have taken some money from my account and are now trying to take out a monthly subscription. I have had to freeze my bank account and request a new bank card. I am also extremely disappointed that Facebook allow these types of adverts on their platform. They should be checking out the credentials before circulating.

Scam nothing like the advertised product. Steer clear of these con merchants.

Hi everyone, I’m not one for these types of posts however feel so aggrieved .
Therefore just a warning DO NOT buy anything from Jones London. They are scammers. Lovely website. Purchased a “leather bag” to use as a work bag. Advertised as leather handbags. Bag is plastic. Not leather. Absolutely dreadful quality. When I expressed dissatisfaction I was advised I can return to China at a cost of £20 to £35…. Advised the item may get detained at customs alternatively 15% of cost could be refunded. So please save yourselves the grief avoid at all cost 😡

Total scam - product was cheap quality and returns service requires you to post item back to China with inherent cost (£20 +) and risk DO NOT USE THEM!!

They claim they are UK based but they are in China.
They will stretch your returns passed the 14 day period so you end up stuck with a cheap fake product.

Agreed all the reviews before me. Purchased 4 bags online after seeing the add on Facebook on 25th of August. I thought it was a UK based company but it isn’t. Ships goods from China to UK then delivery by Royal Mail. Senders address is in Southall under 4PX Expeess Limited (Unit 5 Tridenr Way, UB2 5LF). Received 3 bags, not 4 on the 15th of September.
A person replied to my emails, called Stephanie, agreed to refund the cost of one bag. Never got my money back.

As I paid by PayPal, I contacted PayPal and complaint about the company and informed that this is a scam. Company was registered as KC commence on PayPal site. Unfortunately after trying to get a refund through PayPal, the PayPal resolution center closed the case in favour of Jones-London/KC commence/4PX express UK limited.
Total SCAM. Avoid this company.

This is not a UK based company as their advertising might imply The impression I took from their advert was they make handmade quality leather products.

I received not great quality leather bags shipped from china, with a printed chinese logo, not ‘Jones London’ as I would have expected if it had to have a name printed.

One of the bags was not even the same as pictured when I ordered. I asked to return all items for a refund.

Products are shipped from china and whilst they have a returns policy, this is at customers expense and the small print and their customer service team make clear all risk of returned products actually arriving and getting through customs is positioned by the company as being at your own risk. Even for the wrong item being sent.

They offered 15% refund instead. I said I was not happy - particularly with the item that was not as advertised so they offered 20% and refused any further assistance. I have accepted this, as saw no other choice.

Not a good experience - I cannot recommend.

Stupidly I did not check out this company before ordering a cardigan. Assuming I suppose it's a British company. It's not. The product took ages at arrive- of course from China.
It was supposed to be a wool mix cardigan. Definitely not. Cheap rubbish that was made for a midget. It went straight to charity shop. Not worth returning because you have to pay postage back to China. I may as well chucked £30 down the drain

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Think you're buying from the very reputable 'Jones the Bootmaker of London', but you're not!!! BEWARE!!! Chinese who take ages to send; weeks. Ordered two gorgeous dresses, on arrival 2 tatty tops: 1 pair shoes; tatty when arrived: 1 kaftan, which is not as the picture shows! None of these photographs when placing order correspond with items you actually receive. Appears they are using 'Jones the Bootmaker' photographs for items. Scammers who I've written to for a refund, but cannot send the goods back to receive in the first place, as their address is in China and you only have 14 days to contact them for refund, thy have to give you the address and it costs over £14.00 to return. Unlikely or impossible that goods will be re eived in China in such a short time, so you won't have goods or refund!!! Unsure if I can get a refund on my card as I used my Debit Card, but have informed fraud department at my bank and hoping I can receive money back at some point. Shocking that this happens in the UK and we're being duped!!! I am not unintelligent and always wary, but these scammers caught me out. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM JONES LONDON!!!

Would give zero stars if possible Received 2 jumpers which were nothing like pictures. Suppose to be size L but are like a S. Emailed to return goods but haven’t had a response yet. Should have checked out the returns policy before buying but trusted the name JONES LONDON (they have to be returned to CHINA) and at a cost of £20. Will be contacting Facebook to report them

Ordered two pairs of shoes based on facebook add. First it took them nearly one month to deliver (tracking was provided though) and when received, the shoes are not the same as those they've used in their marketing. Different material and shape, clearly a lower cost replica. Very disappointed. I've asked for details on return and refund, let's see how that works out.

This is a scam company. They are low quality products. Despite the high end facade they are based in China and takes weeks to arrive. Check their returns policy as it’s appalling. You have to pay a minimum of £20 and the potential to pay customs cost for it to go back into China. They sent me the wrong item and their customer service team refuse to acknowledge the error was theirs and suggested I ‘gift’ to a friend or family member !!
