Gosh. Wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase. They arrived today nothing like the picture I ordered from. Absolute ripoff. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered size 42, the shoes were more like 40.
I was offered £10 credit (as if I would order from them again) or 20% refund. Otherwise I would have to pay postage to China.
They advertise 30 risk free.

This is not jones the boot company, it is a Chinese site also trading as jones boot and Luccy shoes. Inferior products, slow to answer emails and impossible to return items due to postage cost of returns to China. I would never buy from this company again.

Awful - do not buy from. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a different pair was sent. Told I can return at MY cost but that it may not arrive or have a 10% reduction. Complete scam

Ordered and received wrong size. I queried the return or exchange and was told:
No return service provided.
They offered 5% discount for next purchase.
They said that the return was my own risk.
DONT BUY

Waited weeks for shoes to arrive only to be sent wrong size. No reply to my emails so I now have a pair of shoes too big for me,

Scam company. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes/sandals from what was advertised as Jones Bootmaker online. Waited weeks for the shoes to arrive. They are cheap and nasty looking and nothing like the photos online. They are also about 2 sizes too small. I ordered UK size 5, I'm lucky if the ones received are a size 3. They robbed me of £54.75 and from reading the other reviews I doubt I'll get my money back.

Wish I could put minus 5, I ordered beige wide fitting shoes for a wedding, I might as well have thrown the money in the bin. After waiting 4 weeks for the shoes to arrive , on opening I find black normal fitting shoes. As in other reviews they offered 20% discount on ( Don't laugh) another pair of shoes. Keep your money, worst company in the world to deal with. Spend your money with someone else. They also do business as jonesboots and Avenues so beware.

Shoes sent were not as advertised. Will not refund unless I send them back at my own expense. They have offered me 15% refund to keep. I have raised a case with PayPal so hopefully they can resolve the issue.

Beware as in China! Waited a long time for the orthopaedic wedge sandals with zip and what finally arrived had no zip and plastic cork pattern wedges - cheap nasty and not as advertised. They offer 20% off to keep ? Or return at your cost for inspection and (doubtful) refund. Buyers beware. I have reported to PayPal who will arrange my refund and flag then up! It’s a scam.

Another "beware this company" review - they are a scam. Running many social media pages - I have commented "Scam" on as many as possible this morning but all comments have been taken down. I have reported to Facebook who can't find anything wrong - WTF! I order £35 of shoes - 2 pairs. Chased and chased - eventually turned up this morning - Stevie Wonder could have made a better job at making them - they barely resemble what I ordered and are only fit for the bin - I have emailed them, yet again but really don't expect to get anywhere - how is this allowed?????

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES IT HAS CREATED

This company is run and are crooks 100% - they sell absolute rubbish and when they arrive you can return the items (but I highly doubt they will admit getting them back) but when you return them it is at your cost - they are based in China and the carriage is in excess of £27.50

They cheat you out of money left right and centre

Read the reviews - there is a reason why they have so many negative reviews and comments

If you comment a lot they block you from all of their other pages - the reason they have so many pages is because they all have bad reviews

They do not indicate where they are based or their T & C's - they contravene every single UK law and are getting away with it.

They are using the name as a UK reputable company as well - who do sell quality shoes etc

This company do not and nothing is as per their videos - cheap, nasty, items that are nothing like the advertisement's

Terribly company to deal with, they say 100% customer satisfaction and free returns with full refund. Sent me someone else's order. Not the shoes l ordered, 2 sizes too big and wrong colour, obviously someone else's order. I ordered orthopaedic shoes for my wife who has MS. They would not replace them or give me a refund unless l sent the wrong shoes back to them and they expected me to pay the cost of packaging and shipping. This company is not UK as a portraited in the name of their company, they are based in China. I ended up £22.68 out of pocket. The shoes were no good to my wife whatsoever, l couldn't even give them away. I put them into the refuse bin. Keep well away from this company.

If I could give zero on Trust pilot I would. Totally rubbish product. Bad quality. Cheap and nady. Only very loosely resembles what I ordered (and I mean very). Avoid this shop like the plague!

If I could give no star I would, I would this is a scam. They sent you a shite item and then expect you to return it in order to get your money back. Beware of this vender.

I received a completely different pair of boots than ordered, in the wrong size!

Very poor service! Wrong product sent… completely wrong product not even close to what was ordered… there response was to just offer me a 10% refund which would equate to around £2 and if I return the wrong product to them I would have endure all the costs involved… WILL NEVER ISE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ASVISE ANYONE ELSE NOT TO USE THEM.
