I love using JOW!! It has simplified my grocery shopping and meal prepping so much and has saved me so much time!! I love that I can just scroll through and pick what recipes I want to eat each week as well as adjust the number or servings so I can have leftovers while also minimizing food waste!

JOW has saved me so much time and also money on my groceries. The pick up process is also so convenient and I love how easy and helpful the staff are at kroger! They have so many different fun recipes in the app, but I always look at the comments to see what other people may have added! 10/10 recommend that everyone gives JOW a try!

I’ve been using Jow for years! I started in 2020 when I was living in France, and my wife and I used it every week. Now that we’ve moved to Texas in the United States, we haven’t stopped using it, and with HEB, it’s the best. We save so much, there’s no temptation at the store, we don’t lose time, and we never run out of dinner ideas.

It’s such a good way to get my meals, it really does organize meals for a recipe and I love that it’ll use the ingredients for multiple recipes so I’m not buying double of anything!

I’ve been using JOW for a few months. I love that there are so many recipe options, and I can find recipes specific to wait items I have in my kitchen plus the food items my family likes. I’ve been able to get a weeks worth of food for under $100 may times, and during the government shut down this was a blessing as my spouse and I went unpaid.

Guys who have HEB & kroger nearby need this spp on their mobile. It saves a lot of money just by doing tasks. Check them out before its too late.it is easy to prep recipes with this app.

I have truly enjoyed using Jow to meal plan and save money. I can select from a variety of food categories to include vegan, and Mediterranean to see recipes that others have shared. The ease of connecting Jow with my HEB app has been a game saver and much needed time saver!

Honestly blown away by this app. Its such an amazing concept, I'm surprised it hadn't been made sooner. This app has genuinely helped me with meal planning my dinners. I've tried many new dishes i'd never think to try before and they all turn out great. I've been using this app for a few months now and I'm glad to have it.
