***note*** when you get to the point of entering the product key, do not cut and paste! You must manually type in the Product Key (dashes will autofill) to activate MS Office or it will lock up.

Six month later the software wanted to activate the product key for some reason. So I did the same way as before with another pC and select by telephone a d follow the directions that joywarp advise. But this time Microsoft said to go to their portal to activate there. .Microsoft stayed that the product key is no good. I sent email to joy warp for further assistance. Only email I got back to them was a request of a screen shot?? They ignore my other emails for status. My pc msoffice is locked up

Key not working and then asked for support and didn’t respond. Happy to take my money for a product that I can’t activate.
