Jp fans is an easy way to buy things from japan, i was always worried to buy from proxy shippers because i wasn’t able to know the price of shipping but with the “shipping estimate feature” i could know the price shipping before i even purchase the item i want to buy. Jp fans has good customer service and many options to reduce the cost of shipping such as “folding shoe box” where for example if you’ve brought a figure with its box and you want to reduce the volume/price of the shipping they can remove that box and put it in the shipping package, slashing the shipping price in half! I also love how they send you pictures of the packing process it’s very useful and is a great way to check the quality of things. Overall i’ve enjoyed my experience with jp fans and the services that come with it.

I’ve discovered about this proxy service from a popular fashion instagram page and I am always interested in the most beautiful pieces from japanese designers which are very hard to find in Europe.
The interface and layout of this service is translated in english and it is very easy to use! I can just type various different designers name in the searchbar and it will show me a bunch of items from mercari, yahoo jp auctions and other japanese platforms.
I’ve purchased a yohji yamamoto black shirt with a double placket in my size for a really good price (250USD) :D
Firstly the package arrived at their warehouse where they send me Quality Check pictures to ensure I received the correct item and after that I selected the EMS-F shipping service with tracking number included which I had to pay for and declare the value of my package. Secondly they send me another series of pictures with the package weight and the shirt being packed inside the box. I really love their transparent system!
On 24th january the package has left their warehouse.
On 27th january the package has left Japan.
On 29th january the package has arrived in my country ^.^
The customs process took another few days because they needed to process this and I had to pay additional custom taxes but finally on the 11th february the package was delivered to my address and I am sooo satisfied with the quality of the shirt and the quality of service of JPFans.
I am super satisfied as a customer with this experience and as of now I am waiting for another package from them :D

Overall good, although I was not warned about how much international shipping would be before-hand, but perhaps I am just optimistic about prices and got caught up in how cheap the products themselves were. The shipping speed was quite fast though! I was very surprised.

i found this service through my peers on tiktok, and i have to say this was such a pleasant and smooth experience for buying import level figures and merchandise from Japan at an great low prices, i absolutely love the way JPfans sends the product screenshots when they arrive at their warehouse. the product once shipped arrived at my place, in about 1 and half weeks in excellent condition and packaged very well.

The marketplace is huge, and there is a wide variety of products available. Personally I've bought several board games, music albums and plushies. There is a tax-exempt option when shipping to the EU, which was a very positive experience. Some categories are limited, e.g. they don't ship food.

First time ever buying straight from Japan. At first I was really confused, but after a while I knew how to work around the UI. Bought multiple items, waited for an update and was shocked to know my order has been cancelled. Not surprised since they warn you about the possible products unavailability, yet I was able to pay the amount due (which I didn't know that I had to pay twice, was a bit mad ngl) afterwards the items did arrive in the warehouse and I paid for shipping - which was 40€ (again, another payment that wasn't cheap, for me atleast). I added the available service of making my package waterproof (was really surprised at how the quality inspection is really throughout w pictures!!). Nothing I bought has arrived yet but my fear of this being a scam was washed away by the amount of checks they go through (still a bit mad about the triple payment, got refunded almost immediately after my items got cancelled the first time and used the leftover money to pay again for the shipping so no problems there). Will continue using!

Jp fans is the best in my opinion for buying bulk items I say that this app has the best shipping because of the coupons they give you. People don’t even use them that’s why they complain about the shipping. This app is the best for shopping there’s no other like this.

One thing I've learned is to consider that shipping can get pricey depending where you're from cuz I paid 3 times more for the shipping than the product itself but there's nothing that can be done about that and to be honest it IS fair sooo..( ˘•ω•˘ )
