Fraudsters. Scam website!! Paid £233 for an item never received. The phone numbers only exist at time of ordering. Only keep in contact until money has cleared. Should be arrested for theft!!!!!

Scammers paid 233 for tumble dryer bank won't refund as account paid isn't a company and it was bank transfer how bloody horrible people like this should have every thing taken from them and their families why not get a proper job.if anyone does get money bank please let me know.ive informed the police not that gives me hope

SCAMMERS..wished I had read these reviews first. Purchased a tumble dryer, paid in full , payment went to Tea Lab company! Not able to contact jpmachine, number unobtainable..emails ignored. No tumble dryer either. I have raised a dispute via my bank. Why are they still allowed to trade????? Criminals

I would actually give no stars if I could. This has been fraught with problems. I was initially very wary ordering from this company as it was invoiced through Revolut and the company the payment went to was a company called Really Maria Ltd. I have emailed regarding the Tumble Dryer purchased on 29/10/2024 and tried to call numerous times. All communication is ignored. I have received tracking numbers from a carrier I have never heard of but still no communication from point of sale company. Stay away from this. It is a shameful SCAM. This Tumble Dryer was actually purchased for my 84 year old mother as a present. Shame on you JPMachine Tools.

Ordered a cooker from them. Paid in full. No cooker arrived. No response or reply from emails, text messages or phone calls.
I'm also disabled with family and no cooker to cook On. SHOCKING

I purchased a washing machine on 7/11/24..tried to contact this company several times but no answer to discuss delivery…paid via a link Revolute..which went through to a company called Tea Lab..after speaking with the director who was in shock about the whole disruption this could cause her business..I was advised to take this to action fraud..fortunately I have received my payment back via Visa.
As a disabled person I am disgusted !!
Lesson learned..Don’t Use This Unregistered company!!

STAY WELL AWAY! The red flags were there - They send a payment link which is to Really Maria Ltd. I mean, come on. Don't be as stupid as me who thought nothing of it at the time. I have reported them to my bank.
They don't reply to emails, in fact it's just radio silence after the transaction, even if you email them there's no reply.

Had me for £300 for a TV...wish I'd seen these reviews before I paid....17 days later and no TV...the website needs shutting down....nothing but a scam

Like the previous review. If it’s too good to be true then that’s exactly what it is.
I ordered a Neff oven and Bosch washing machine 25th October paid through their link for Revolute using my credit card thank goodness. I did as much research on this company as was available. Sadly there were no trustpilot reviews then.
The mobile number is always switched off, the offices don’t exist and neither do the goods you order.
I was told delivery would be 12th November but guess what, that didn’t happen. I have messaged company but nothing back.
Luckily having been in touch with my credit card company I have had a full refund.
I strongly advise you do not order from this company as the stress is not worth it.
