We take pride in helping all our clients have a hassle free and hands off approach in property. Removing the pressure of finding tenants to respect their home as much as they do. We really value every property we look after, as we understand homes are landlord's life investments. We thoroughly reference our tenants for house shares, family homes and serviced accommodations. As well we work closely with international professionals who visit the UK for short term projects. We take care of the maintenance and bills for all our properties and maintain a close relationship with all our tenants 24/7 to ensure they get the help and friendly service with their accommodation whether it be short or long term stay.

These guys rent my property from me and it’s the best decision I have made.
I get my rent every month and don’t have to deal with any tenant issues or maintenance.

Brought my first Rent2Rent Deal
I purchased my first rent2SA from the guys at JP property hunt. At first I was cautions as there are a lot of fake deal sourcers but I had a chat with the young lady Paige and she automatically eased my concerns with her level of professionalism. She went through the deal with me and benefits of the deal and arranged a viewing for me the property looks exactly like the video and it was a quick smooth process with the signing of the contracts. They gave me a full due diligence package with everything I needed from local cleaners, channelling managers, ideas and options . I was really happy with the communication with as Paige or John responded to all my questions really quickly and I really like that few month later they still call and check on how the R2SA is going.
I will definitely buy another deal from them!
