I booked our first family holiday with Lisa to Turkey

I literally bombarded her with questions and Lisa was the most patient and understanding person ever!!
It was information overload and Lisa was nothing but kind and understanding and ws ALWAYS accessible and answered any questions as quick as she could

Our holiday was excellent and all went smoothly and would HIGHLY recommend Lisa to anyone!!

Thankyou so much for helping me and putting all my worries to rest

Fantastic business
(Sorry I was a very late in reviewing on Google and had to put the wrong date in)

I booked my family holiday with JRT travel and could not be happier with the service and communication I received. Lisa listened to exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find me the perfect deal. The whole process with completely stress free saving me hours of endless searching, was also reassuring having a real life person to speak to rather than an automated system. Every detail from flights to transfers and also excursions we booked once we arrived was perfectly organised. Lisa was always on hand to answer any questions I had throughout my booking and holiday. Highly recommended and will be using Lisa at JRT travel for any further bookings.

Fantastic trips, thank you so much. It's nice when you are away to have someone who can give an honest opinion about the length of time needed for certain trips and someone who can advise you properly when you have questions. Our 2 trips were booked within a matter of minutes, it helps being British run, communication was effortless, quick and easy. The trips themselves were brilliant. We did a private speedboat to see dolphins and stop off at a beautiful island. The guide Mac that Lisa and Scott booked with was fantastic and made our day. The super safari trip was also a hit with the family, from the quads to the camel rides, everything was fab. The transfers were seamless. Thank you again for our wonderful trips ❤️

Today I went to Bianca island just off the coast of safaga in Egypt. What an amazing day organised by an amazing woman.
I contacted jet travel for a quote before the excursion. The service I recieved from Lisa was outstanding such a friendly woman with a good professional attitude. Lisa was very informative and helpful and made sure I was given all information following my booking. I have been on trips before and always been waiting for my transfers because they have been late but not with Lisa my transfer was exactly on time.

The boat we travelled on was very clean and tidy and all the staff were very friendly. We had a snorkel stop which was professionally carried out me personally I did not snorkel but the views from the boat with beautiful. We arrived at the island and was given welcome drinks and taken to our designated lounge area and left to enjoy.

The island is all inclusive except for shisha massage and ice cream which had to be paid for. You really get your moneys worth with this island you get all inclusive food and drink (even alcohol) snack bar, animation team, face painting for the kids, foam party, and a trip on a glass bottom boat.

Anyone looking for an island trip I would reccomend Bianca island, very beautiful and you are not hassled or harassed by any staff.

One thing that I really liked about jrt travel is that Lisa really does care about her clients, she sent me a message to make sure my transfer had collected me, and to wish me a good day and also at the end of the day to make sure everything was okay and that we enjoyed it. This kindness from lisa is an amazing touch to the business and I will definitely be back in contact for my next excursion.

Thank you for everything

Lisa gave a lot of options for our family holiday in Hurgada and was always on hand to answer any questions we had as well as organising trips and transport to and from airport as well as the Marina. Was great to be treated as a person rather than a number. Will def book with her again, thanks again Lisa

Highly recommend booking with Lisa , we’re just back from a week away to Tenerife and absolutely loved it , including the private transfer all fab !!

Lisa is always pro active when it comes to replying on what’s app too , is always there to answer any questions !!

I even messaged her regarding nothing to do with my holiday but about parking regarding a concert I had and sure enough Lisa messaged back straight away helping as much as she could 🧡🧡

Can’t wait to book my next holiday with her !!

5 stars!

Lisa was absolutely superb from start to finish, arranging two private trips for us—a private fishing trip and a private quad biking excursion.

We experienced a slight issue with the second trip, but it was completely outside of Lisa’s control. Despite that, she went above and beyond to put things right, and her customer service was exceptional throughout.

I always believe the true measure of a company is how it handles problems when they arise, and Lisa and her team exceeded all expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again when we return in September.

Amazing small company can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend lovely family.

We entrusted lisa with a trip to Las Vegas for our daughters wedding, for 11 people! She was professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her, from start to finish! Everything went perfectly. She was an absolute pleasure and genuinely wanted to help make the trip go perfectly. Thank you Lisa! It would absolutely not have been the trip.it was without your expertise and help!.would absolutely recommend! What are you waiting for ! Thanks lisa and team.x

Dealing with Lisa has been an absolute pleasure nothing was a problem, good communication very fast response in helping us sort out our holiday package, found it really helpful with Lisa's knowledge of Egypt hotels and what was on offer around the hotel. We would definitely be using JRT Travel going forward and would highly recommend for anyone wanting or looking to book a holiday.

First time booking with JRT and won't be the last, would highly recommend. Even when we were on holiday and made any contact, the communication and replies were fast and any queries were resolved easily. Great service, seamless transaction when booking and excursions booked whilst we were away were fab!

I have lost count what holiday number this is that Lisa has booked for me. Plus she also helped with my eldest 6th form girls holiday booking too. She always saves me money. Lisa is excellent, her attention to detail, help and service is amazing. It’s why I return whenever I’m booking a holiday. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a holiday

Lisa has been brilliant! Never used a private travel agency and was instantly put at ease. Took all the pressure off me trying to find what I was looking for. Lisa has really went above and beyond making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Roll on November!

just want to say a massive thanks to Lisa for our holiday! booked a holiday to Mexico for my girlfriends 21st and it did not disappoint, Lisa made sure we had a fabulous hotel at very good price and nothing was too much to ask!! She was always on hand to look through a number of hotels for us and helped us find the right one! Not the first and not the last holiday we book through Lisa and already looking forward to our next one!! Thank you so much ❤️

Can not fault JRT Travel at al. Amazing customer service. Lisa is lovely and recommended Bianca Island to us. It was like paradise. My husband and I didnt want to leave. W are back home now. Will definitely book through JRT Travel again for day trips. Next year will be the first I will be booking a holiday through them too.

I have just booked our 5th holiday now with Lisa and have also recommended her to numerous family and friends who in their words, wouldn’t book through anyone else now. Every time Lisa is so quick with her reply whenever I message and is very patient even though sometimes I can be very vague with what I’m actually looking for from my holiday 🙈🙈 she goes out of her way to make recommendations and help in any way she can. Genuinely this makes booking a holiday completely stress free and if there is ever anything Lisa is only ever a message away and always happy to help. Shop small and give your business to this fabulous lady, you won’t be sorry xx

We booked a few excursions through Lisa at JRT, Bianka Island, stargazing with quads, and a taxi to the marina. Honestly, every single experience exceeded our expectations.

The drivers were always on time, polite, and just genuinely lovely, and we felt completely safe throughout every trip which as travellers in a new country meant a lot. Our taxi to the marina was with Lisa's husband Scott, who gave us a brilliant rundown on Hurghada and was every bit as great as Lisa.

The quad riding was a highlight, 90 minutes that went far too quickly, and the traditional Egyptian show, food, and stargazing afterwards were just incredible. One of those evenings you know you'll still be talking about years later.

What really set JRT apart was Lisa herself. Communication was so easy and she has a warmth about her that made it feel less like booking a service and more like chatting to a friend. Responsive, reliable, and completely stress-free from start to finish.

We loved our experiences so much we're now seriously considering asking Lisa to help us plan our wedding abroad. That says it all really.

Cannot recommend Lisa and JRT highly enough!

Lisa was so helpfully booking my 2nd (and definitely not the last!) holiday. Thanks again Lisa 😊
