Just returned from Egypt booked by Lisa great hotel recommended by Lisa. Great service as usual booked a few trips now she goes above and beyond for her customers. Arranged a free private transfer and checked us in got boarding passes emailed. All hassle free.

Lisa handled our trip to Florida and a large booking for 10 people! We had to do a last minute change of accommodation for personal reasons and despite being peak time for Lisa in January she sorted this out quickly & smoothly. So far booked 3 holidays with Lisa and will continue to do so! Fab service x

Booking with Lisa was so easy. We reached out got prices and lots of advice for our trip to New York. She gave us options for flights which we hadn’t thought about and made sure we had all the information about the hotels we we were considering to help make choosing easier.
Lisa was always at contactable with any questions and even thought of things with the booking that we didn’t.
We had an amazing trip and Lisa made that happen. Would not hesitate to book again.

I have booked so many holidays with Lisa since 2023 and everytime she has made everything so easy! from finding a good deal to help along the way especially when it came to big group bookings! Can't recommend enough.

I always book my holidays with Lisa and just booked another I’ve never been disappointed. Thanks again Lisa ❤️

Cannot thank Lisa enough for the effort she made to ensure my parents had an amazing boat trip recently in Hurghada. Great communication throughout and reassurance that despite my parents being elderly and less mobile, they would still be looked after
Will definitely look to work with the team again

Having come across Lisa 2 years ago, i won't go anywhere else. having the comfort of knowing that she is at the end of a call or message has us as a family relaxed and ready to go. whether it was a few days away or our trip to Agadir. We have now booked up for our next break in Tunisia. Thank You so much Lisa. Looking forward to speaking to you soon to organise our next holiday.

We originally looked for our xmas/new year holiday to Hurghada Egypt with easyJet & TUI and narrowing it down to a few hotels but the price was a little above our budget, so for the first time (a little apprehensive ) I thought I will see what the independent travel companies can do, so glad I did!
Lisa was fantastic with communication explaining everything and getting a very good price & a little bonus of private transfers with Scott (her husband). Felt so much more comfortable knowing Scott would be there to greet us.
Although we didn’t go on any trips this time I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lisa & Scott for trips also. Communication is super quick.
We will definitely be contacting Lisa for our future trips anywhere in the world.
Thanks again Lisa & Scott.

After failing to find the holiday we wanted ourselves we contacted Lisa. Lisa took a note of our wish list and promptly got back to us with a great deal for disneyland paris. Everything went smoothly. Lisa was always on hand to answer any questions.

10/10 service provided anytime I had questions they were answered to my satisfaction

Lisa booked myself and partner the gran prix at Abu Dhabi , we had a fantastic time , from the booking to our holiday fantastic communication from lisa.

We arranged our airport transfers and a trip to the marina with Lisa & Scott. From the moment of contacting with our enquiry they have been nothing but very helpful and accommodating.

JRT have so many contacts to arrange excursions and take the stress away by planning and arranging everything.

I would 100% recommend them. Thank you so very much 🥰

We would like to thank Lisa and Scott. We couldn’t recommend enough! We have had constant communication throughout our stay answered to all our questions and regular updates on trips we have booked, transfer was quick and easy very friendly and helpful people.

Will use again if we return

Dealt with Lisa @ JRT Travel whilst on Holiday in Egypt her service was excellent so when came back decided to actually go through her for my complete package holiday for 2026, can not have been more helpful, found me a great deal and can not be happier with the service, highly recommend and will be using for years to come.

They went above and beyond from start to finish. Lisa and Scott are simply the best! Every detail was handled with care, and they treated us like family the entire time. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. An unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I honestly wish I could give Lisa and Scott more than five stars! As someone who can be a very nervous holidaymaker, they completely understood my expectations from the start and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

What makes them truly special is that they don’t operate like a “one size fits all” company — they treat every customer as an individual, and honestly, like family. Their care, communication, and attention to detail are second to none.

Even coming to the hotel to meet and discuss options with me initially and put my mind at ease

We booked several excursions through them — Cairo to see the pyramids, Luxor, Paradise Island — and every single one was incredible. We even used their service to get to the marina, and again, everything was seamless.

If you’re thinking about booking with this company, do it. You’ll be in the best hands possible. Lisa and Scott genuinely care, they’re always just a message away, and they make your holiday stress-free and unforgettable. Absolutely outstanding! 🌟

Booked another amazing holiday with Lisa, trip of a life time to Thailand, can't wait to book another and another, service is second to none 😀 😄

JRT travel helped me booked my first family holiday. With a mix of teenagers and a toddler the team helped me find the perfect resort with something for everyone staying within my budget. The process was seamless, they accomodated some last minute changes with ease and made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend.

I booked a desert quad bike safari in hurghada for my husband and daughter. They were absolutely thrilled with their day, which included a camel ride and a visit to a bedouin village. The uide was knowledgeable, the transfers were prompt and Lisa checked in at every step to make sure things were running according to plan. Also reasonably priced, and all together made one of the best experiences of the holiday. Thank you Lisa, I wish we had found you earlier the holiday!
