Dogma F's from J's Cycles - highly recommended
I've been chatting to Josh at J's Cycles by email for over a year. Eventually bought dogma F's and from start to finish - he's been fantastic. Tell the truth I bought these because of him. Kev was great doing the bike fit. These guys go the extra mile without asking. and are utterly honest and lovely to deal with.
Probably the best Pinarello dealership in the UK. And the bikes are gorgeous. 3D adaptive saddles a real bonus!
Josh even personally delivered the bike. 5 stars!

What a phenomenal experience from start to finish! I’d been looking for my next bike and it was a purchase for something really special. I’d opted for a Colnago V5RS STNT along with the ENVE SES4.5 Pro wheels.
From working out what I needed for this build, to specifying the accessories I wanted for both myself, along with additional kit for my daughter, both Josh, John, and the team at J’s Cycles has truly been amazing. The build is spot on, considering they haven’t met me in person, and the delivery made by John was made with care.
There is literally zero I can fault this team on, and they now have a customer for life, along with high level recommendations to friends and family. Keep up the amazing service, and thank you for looking after me so well. You have a truly great team!

We bought a top end bike from Js cycles, a purchase conducted entirely over email and phone calls until courier delivery and the service has been of the highest quality. Emails answered late at night, post sale warranty issues taken on in the best way for us the customer, they have been brilliant.

Fantastic service from J's. Ordered some wheels, for a great price, but it turned out they were missing a component. J's ordered it right away for me and it arrived a couple of days later. Really impressed and would use again.

Can’t praise the Team enough at J’s Cycles especially Josh After Placing a order for a size XL Velduro Frame & Shock with him we’ve had numerous conversations on the delivery date update & build options to fit the Budget and they have built in my eyes built a absolute dream bike & after picking it up last Friday & having its baptism ride on Saturday I was blown away how good this bike is.
Nothing was too much trouble in all conversations.

Bought a new e-mtb from J's Cycles. The team were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. I asked for invisiframe t o be added and although this took longer than planned, the team at J's went above and beyond to ensure that I received the bike in time for a planned trip. Could not be happier with them. Thanks.

Bought some tyres fro JS Cycles. When I fitted them I found one was faulty. I wrote to them and described the fault. Josh from JS cyles emailed me back and asked me to send a video of the fault, which I did. Once he'd seen the video he immediately sent me a replacement. Can't fault their customer service. Highly reccomend the company/

Ordered some shoes online and put the wrong email address. Over a bank holiday weekend, I had a reply within 12 hours. Great communication and quick delivery. Really impressed with their customer service!

From my initial enquiry,their service and advice was excellent, once we agreed on the spec and price of the bike it was ordered and delivered promptly, great service from Elliott and the team.

The light I ordered was out of stock - Elliot contacted me on the day after being unable to locate the product, arranged an alternative and dispatched very quickly. Customer service was really excellent and responsive. Also grateful for Josh's quick email reply.

This company is really helpful. They are helpful and offer gopd advice. My bike came online and well packed. I would recommend and would use again. They are doing a good job.

Brought a bike from J’s cycles it was cheaper than anywhere else, built it and next day delivery. Ordered some pedals for the bike they told me I had £15 credit which is very honest and so that made the pedals even cheaper and again got them next day. They reply to emails very efficiently too. I would highly recommend people use them for all their biking needs. I will definitely using them again.

Excellent service at J’Cycles, Wakefield

I recently bought a new bike from J’s Cycles in Wakefield and had a great experience. Josh, the manager, was absolutely excellent — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout.

He took the time to understand what I wanted, gave honest advice, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Josh is a real credit to the business and deserves proper recognition for the high standard of service he provides.

Advert for light stated free delivery but not until you get to the checkout it's only for orders over £50, so being more than disingenuous there.
And what's with 'We will prepare this item quickly and carefully and have it ready in 3 day(s). '
3 days! this is 2025 , not 1925, take the money and send it out, it's not difficult.
Did I buy it? Of course not.

Genuinely helpful, kind, personable and useful customer service. Josh took care of everything for me! I couldn't recommend J's Cycles more.

I recently bought a Pinarello Dogma F Frameset, and at the same time a Dura Ace group set which they price matched for me. I was surprised to learn they were going to personally deliver it instead of using a standard courier. On taking receipt I wasn’t expecting the bike to be built up (less wheels) ready for me. Another bonus! I even received a free saddle! With help from the deliverer who helped me get my wheels on, it took a quick check that everything was to my satisfaction.

I would recommend Js Cycles for their excellent service and communication throughout the process.

The shop gave me a call shortly afterwards to check everything went well.

Update from previous review. I received a call from the store apologising profusely for the information they provided me with. It was refreshing to get a call from the owner and every credit to him for trying to put things right. I really appreciated it.
